What a pleasure it was walking into SOS Phone Repairs in Grafton this morning. I was met by a technician with a cheery disposition. In my opinion, that goes a long way to making a customer feel like they are important. I have visited many repair shops over the last 30 years and most are happy to take your money and move on to the next customer. The customer service at SOS was both professional and excellent. If I could give 6 stars I would, but 5 will have to do. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Went into SOS yesterday as my phone wouldn’t charge, Kayne took the time out to stop what he was doing and cleaned out the charge port, free of charge and no hassle, absolute legend, wouldn’t go anywhere else

Came in expecting a long wait and large bill, left 5 minutes later with my mobile fixed and not a dollar lighter. These guys know there stuff and won’t give you the runaround. Would recommend
