Great service and very professional work. The only place I'll take my phone in for repairs!

The guys at SOS repairs go to great lengths to prove they have excellent service. My phone showed some issues after a fix, they completely turned around the situation when I had to move interstate. Posted it to me even though I’m in a rural area.
Couldn’t recommend these guys any more, they are punctual, professional and altruistic.

Great customer service from the lads, they know their stuff and helped me out. I highly recommend them.

Brilliant service from Mitchell, the guys here were able to show me exactly what needed to be done to fix my PS5. The HDMI port on my console was damaged which is apparently a common issue and sending it back to the manufacturer to be repaired was going to cost me $400! Mitchell said he could get it done for $230, he even cleaned it free of charge and he got it done in just two days! Love the good, fast work from these boys.

Staff were polite, and knew exacly what to do to solve my issue with my phone.
Straight forward, how business should be done.

Had a problem when my tablet died on me. From the start the crew at sos provided advice and options. They then assisted me to load up my new tablet and went to considerable trouble to sort out some issues I had.thank you guys. I highly recommend the team at sos Port Macquarie

Thought i'd leave a quick review after having my ipod screen fixed last week. Just want to say that the ipod works perfectly however I think that the owner is funny guy and decided to take a selfie before returning it to me.

I would highly recommend this service as I found they genuinely wanted to fix my Samsung A70, even to the point of getting a second screen ordered as they were not happy with the first and then posting the phone to me express post on their account

10000/10 service from Kyle, one of the greatest people around and made an extremely broken phone look absolutely brand new. Great Job and thanks guys

We were recommended SOS Phone Repairs in Port Macquarie to help us find a mislaid phone and we couldn’t be more happy with their genuine service and assistance in recovering the phone for us. Fantastic service from really nice people!

Do not recommend. I came in here and was left with a small inconvenience after my phone was fixed. I dealt with it for a month but thought I'd go get it fixed again before I left port. I regret that decision because now my phone can not be used at all or fixed because I have left port. My phone only lasted a day until I woke up and saw the whole phone flashing and all the pixels are now green. The bloke was nice and all but disappointed in the outcome.

5 stars for Mitchell & Kurt took my phone in for repair spent time looking at it but unfortunately couldn’t fix it never charged us so I will definitely be back if I need repair of my replacement phone AAA service.

Quoted $150 last week to fix an iPhone screen, exactly what I expected to pay. When I picked it up a different worker said $250, I said the other man quoted me $150. Even said how about I meet you in the middle and said no it’s $250.
Ended up paying the $250 but I thats no ok and you should be ashamed.

Good customer service.repair was done within 30mins (replace cracked backing of galaxy s6) $45.kudos! Hence why these guys get repeat business and good reviews
