I just wanted to personally thank Soraya tailoring for being so incredibly professional and accommodating to my requests over the last couple of months. Both jobs had an element of difficulty that I truly thought would not be possible to resolve. One.the repairing of a cashmere sweater that moths had got to. The repair was incredible. I actually couldn’t see where the damage was on receiving my sweater back. And a difficult readjustment to a shirt that needed alterations. Staff are so pleasant and nothing seems to be a problem.
I have family and friends who now use them. As I feel that confident in recommending Soraya.

I went to Soraya for my wedding dress alterations and I was met with helpful, smiling faces and a 10/10 experience. While I don't have the dress back yet as it's currently being worked on, I would highly recommend Soraya for their customer service. Soraya Tailoring on Macleay St in Potts Point is a fabulously appointed premises. An air of luxury and fine taste exudes. I was greeted on both occasions I visited by an incredibly professional and helpful gentleman. I was encouraged to explore different solutions to the problems I presented. Both times my alterations were completed to a high standard. While prices are not cheap they were quoted prior to the commencement of the jobs. I knew that if the price was too high for me I would feel comfortable sharing that with the staff. I have been to Soraya twice recently and will not hesitate to return if the need arises. I must say I am tempted to approach with a high end, complicated task as I am confident Soraya will be able to step up to the challenge and meet my demands with the professionalism and skills I have witnessed. Soraya have altered multiple items of mine and I have been blown away by the quality of their work and customer service every single time. I'm normally quite nervous to take precious pieces to a tailor but I have no hesitations is bringing them to Soraya! I've honestly not found a better tailor anywhere. Cannot recommend them enough.
