Thanks Josh and Brad, you guys are amazing. Very helpful and really made sure I took my time to get the best camera.

Josh: This person is amazing. He helped me to get the best deal for my A to E converter. He price matched with retailers and got me the adapter for little less than what i searched on the internet.

Any other person would have sold me for the price i had in my search but he went beyond and gave me best deal. This honesty is worth praising for and this will make me buy products directly from this store in future for sure.

Not only that he gave his professional advice and suggested and made me try some lenses for my ZV e10 camera that helped me quite a lot. When we do online buy based on youtube videos and knowledge articles, we miss the actual trying on part. How does it feel to actually handling the camera or lenses. This is the most important part.

Walking into the store and having such a warm person helps to make very good decision. He was calm, helpful and answered all my queries nicely. Thanks a ton Sony for employing such a great staff. I know your products are great but You surely gonna get more business due to such warm welcome. Thanks again.

Great display of various sizes and variations of Sony TV models.
Staff were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, but not overly pushy.
Came away with a lot more knowledge about making a decisive purchase in the future.
Will take my wife back for a look.

Josh: Real Professional
I went it today and asked for help regarding some lenses. Josh (asked his name later) first asked me about what if I need help and once I gave him a short description of what I had in mind, he asked me to wait. A few seconds later he came back and told me it can take 10-15 minutes before he can get back to me for better help, which I really admired because it reflected his respect for my time. He the. Offered me if I want to go grab a coffee and come back. I decided to come back in the afternoon as I was actually in a bit of hurry too. Overall, Josh is a true professional who seems very patient and understanding.

Max: Real helper
I went back in the afternoon where I was approached by Max the who offered his assistance. I asked for a zoom lens to try out. He offered a suitable lens to try and instantly put it in the camera for me to try.i found max a very respectful and humble professional. He knew exactly how much to talk so that I would not feel uncomfortable (in silence) nor did it make me feel I am being lectured about basics of using a camera or lens. It seemed as if he knew exactly what information is going to be important or new to me and he would only tell those in the right time. He was very quick in helping me finalising my purchase as well and I don’t think I spent more than 7 minutes in-store in the afternoon.

In summary, these two are legends who made my day. Sony may be terrible at picking names for its products, but its are really good at finding good people to work with it.

Recently purchased a camera in this store and received excellent customer service from Ryan. I’m pleasantly surprised by the experience in this store each time I go in for a new lens or accessory - Ryan and the other staff I’ve come across are knowledgeable and helpful, happy to price match, and let you try before you buy)

Always love buying direct from Sony Parramatta. Josh really knew his stuff about the tvs and the awesome price match made my buying experience so much sweeter.

I'd had wonderful service from this store via the phone so I thought I'd call in personally when I was in Sydney. SONY has excellent items in all their various electronic options (sound, vision etc) and are hard to beat for quality. I particularly was helped regarding their range of SONY lenses for my SONY Alpha camera.

Couldn't get my Sony headset to work with my Samsung mobile, so took it to Samsung Westfield to find out why.
The man there also wasn't able to make the connection, so I went to Sony.

As I walked into the Sony store at Westfield Parramatta, a young man walked towards me smiling and asking how he could help, so I explained my predicament.

Within 1 min, Arty had made a Bluetooth connection between my Samsung mobile and my Sony headset.
Arty then proceeded to not only teach me how to do it myself, but told me how to pair it with my laptop.

This young man was polite, courteous and carefully explained the process to me, getting me to do it in-store with the headset and repeating again the process for my laptop.

Arty is an asset to this Sony store at Westfield Parramatta because of his attitude, interaction with customers and impeccable service.

Great service and lot of displays to play with and test with. They list items at RRP but will price match with others so they're competitive in terms of pricing if you use price match.

Staff are friendly. However, since the prices are generally at RRP, buy from here if you want to price match.

Went to buy a Sony A8H OLED tv ($4500) and sadly the Female sales person wasn’t able to demo the TV. I had some video and images on A SD card and she wouldn’t plug it into the TV. Said something about the TV being on the Sony network. I said why not have the TVs on a stand alone network. She was very rude and said because the TV needs to get updates. All I wanted to do was compare the picture to my current TV. Very disappointing from a Sony corporate store.

Great friendly staff. Answered questions that I asked and even informed me that I can test their lenses. How awesome is that.try before you buy.

Not helpful at all. Bought a controller a year ago which has gone faulty and store wouldn't replace it even it was within warranty and was told to contact Playstation support.
Contacted PS support only to get a response saying it's outside warranty and Sony don't handle the replacement claims for controllers and again referred back to the store saying it's store's responsibility. So I am going back and forth here between this Sony Store - Paramatta and the PS Support.
My advice never buy electronic products from these small retails even though they call themselves "Sony Store" as they are just established to sell the products that wouldn't even last a year and would simply wash their hands when it comes to after-sale support.

Always buy from the reupdated store like JBHifi, Myer as they will take full responsibility of the product they sell if it's within warranty and always put the customers forward.

Visited this shop with no intention to buy a SONY camera and met Harry and Tiony.
Tiony willingly spent almost 2 hours assisting me by answering all of my questions (Thousands of questions, LOL)
I was treated like a VIP customer and had a chance to test almost all the SONY lenses on the cameras.
Tiony was so patient with me and not pushy at all, answered all my questions with honesty and this changed my decision for buying a Nikon D850.
Long story short, I ended up buying a A7 RIII after 3 days from my first visit and I am extremely happy with my purchase. This all happened because of the customer service I received in this shop which was awesome.
I will definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family.
