Not sure why the low rating but at least my experience was quite good. Had a pre-employment medical check booked by my employer and the service I received was great!

Does not have travel doctors or even GPs.
I booked and sent the paperwork in advance. At the clinic, after I had the PCR test taken, I was then told to go elsewhere and find myself a GP to complete the paperwork. A travel clinic without travel doctors and without GPs.
And they kept me for over an hour for a 5 min test.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Awful service from the Sonic HealthPlus CBD Clinic.
Had one employee complete a medical and received results after 2 days but another employee who completed his 20 minutes later still hasn't arrived. (After paying extra for instant results)
Waiting over one whole week so far for a 'doctor to sign off' on a medical. I have been told for 3 days straight id get the results the next day which was just lies and they don't even have the customer service to respond to emails, had to call to get answers.
Do yourself a favour and don't go here.

Waiting time was absolutely atrocious. I did not feel like respected as I had waited over two hours, seemed liked manager was over-booking the workers. Experience was 0/10000. Highly would not recommend!

My partner was ordered by his employer to go through a neuropsychological assessment on 3/8/21. I was his support person. I have no words that could possibly and positively describe our experience. From the friendliness and professionalism of all the front staff to the professionalism, respect, and expertise of clinical psychologist Jenny Wong. What a superb team. They all harmoniously took the stress, stigma and trauma out of the experience. Go team!

Worst ever experience I have ever had as a consumer. It was humiliating and undignified for me. My first deployment consultation with the Travel Doctor was cancelled with less than 24 hours notice without a valid reason. I was told the Travel Doctor was not available on the date of my appointment which was scheduled over 3 weeks ago. The second appointment was cancelled on the spot after two hours wait at the reception for my turn. The reason for being asked to leave by the Practice Manager the second time was that she heard me cough once and as I was not able to produce a COVID 19 test negative result or a doctor certificate to prove that my cough was triggered by some air pollutant or a side effect of my hypertension medication, I would not be able to have my consult with the Travel Doctor. This is the most ridiculous excuse for turning a patient away, as they never asked for patients to produce a COVID 19 test result or medical evidence for coughing due to the poor air quality or side effect of medication. What is worst and most unethical is that the Practice Manager lied to my employer that I failed to attend so that they could charge a 75% cancellation fee. So beware of such maltreatment from them and refrain from making even a slightest cough even if their waiting area is stuffy and too warm!

Waited an hour past my appointment time to be called in for a DAMP & simple hearing test, had to call and ask for the results to be emailed to me when they weren't received with 24 hours as their service advertises.

Don't understand the low rating.

Came for a few vaccines regarding my incoming trip to SEA, arrived late and Gary provided me with another convenient appointment, waited for that exact time and was called by Dr Ina who thoroughly explained each vaccine and inconvenience I might encounter in my trip. Later nurse Sheila applied the vaccines and filled my booklet. Everyone was amiable, professional and on time.

Got appointment at 10AM and been waiting more than an hour and have not received any sign!

At 11AM, I asked a receptionist what is happening and what time I could see the doctor. The receptionist then asked me to wait until I got called.
She gave me attitude and said “we are busy”.

Why do you take appointment if you can’t handle it? More than 1 hour late and do not even apologise?

This is the worst service ever.

Came for a pair of vaccinations.

Receptionists were helpful.
Doctor was informative.
Nurse was quick and made the needle feel like nothing.

Polite staff all round. Don't know what else you need.

Worst service they have. I been twice. They never have a value of time. Always wait more than an 30 mins, even after an appointment that is disguisting and unprofessional. I had advise to them value to the time.

Had a terrible experience with this company. I had a pre employment medical for a job I was starting. The medical was on a monday morning, I had been away from home for a few weeks and caught up with friends for a few beers on the Sunday. (I probably should have stayed in, but what I do in my spare time is uptyo me!). Anyway the next morning at the medical it was required to give a urine sample for the D&A test which came back positive. Surprisingly (not) there was traces of alcohol in my system. Oh dear so I arranged to redo the test the next day which I did and obviously passed. But that wasnt enough for Sonic health no they caused a big stir about the situation and demanded I provide blood test to prove I wasn't a Raging alcoholic I said no so they declared me unfit for work and caused me alot of anxiety as It nearly cost me my position. In short they were interfering and unreasonable. If you ever have to do a medical with these tell them nothing because they will make a big problem out of it. And the whole medical took around 3 hours of my time on the first day. Very poor overall!

I have been to Sonic Health Plus a number of times for Pre employment medicals over the years. If you are seen within an hour of your appointment time you are doing well. Generally expect to wait for up to 1 and a half hours and bring a good book or magazine to keep yourself entertained. For the most part the guys working there are lovely

Took two hours to see complete a 10 minutes medical. Appointment was for 2pm and only saw nurse at 3 for 5 minutes then had to wait another 45 minutes to see the doctor.

Discriminate against obese people, condescending, receptionist is belligerent, they don't know what the requirements are for a given work position.
