Booked an appointment and was made to wait 20 minutes while 3 barbers played on their phones and chatted to each other. Left before my haircut due to the clear lack of service.

First time at Sonder and I was super impressed. Kristan was a legend, professional and friendly. Will be back for sure!

First time at Sonder today and I had high expectations as the price they charge is top dollar. The service was fantastic but for $60 for a men’s basic cut and beard trim I expect near perfection with lines of the beard rather than uneven wonky lines and fluff left that I asked to be taken off.great friendly professional service but the quality of work did not meet the the price charged. I can get this quality of work done for $40 else where. I have heard good things about this place so maybe I got unlucky.

Best barbers I have ever been to. The team at Sonder have been cutting my hair for years now and it's safe to say you won't get an experience like it anywhere else. The team are very friendly, it's always a positive and fun vibe in the shop and the haircuts given are the best. The Sonder team have my business for as long as I need haircuts!

I first went to Sonder at the start of Covid just as the business started, really nice people and great relaxed environment. The owners are both hands on and make you feel welcome and appreciated as a client, I’ve been back every 6 weeks ever since.

I went to the new place in Mona vale, and I incorrectly stated what I wanted and tried ordering Ji around too much, and thus I ended up with a haircut far different from I was looking for. However, I went back the next day and he gave me some styling advice and product for free as well as Tidied up the part I didn’t like the most. Whilst I had not a great experience, it was not their fault and they made it as enjoyable as it could have been given the situation I created. If I had let him do his job, I’m sure I would have been extremely satisfied. Thank you, will be returning soon due to how well and nice everyone was at the shop.

A little pricey, but worth the money. Really pleased with my first time visit, felt like I was getting properly looked after despite being the last haircut of the day.

I hadn't had a haircut in over a year and had some serious growth, so I was hesitant to say the least. Sam listened to what I wanted done, keeping a bit of length with it and delivered a great cut.
