Came for a walk in piercing on a Thursday and Jess did amazing! So happy with the service, and the space was lovely too.

My wife and I got our first tattoos together today with Mikhala. The process was seamless and she explained everything to us and made us very comfortable. Great vibes and the whole team are so friendly and nice. Extra points as we were greeted by Cash the cutest pug. We will definitely be back again!

It was my first time getting tattooed in this shop. It's such a fun and friendly place. Everyone in the shop is so welcoming and very professional.
I got a stunning tattoo by Swink (Travis) for his Feb Walk-in Friday session. He was super nice and accommodating for some of the small changes I requested on the design. He was very gentle and fast tattooing. Amazing result! Loved it!

Rochelle is an incredibly talented tattoo artist and designer, but more importantly, communicates well and helps craft a design, works with you for the best placement and creates a tattoo experience that is accessible and as comfortable as possible.

I can whole-heartedly recommend Rochelle and this shop for an all round excellent experience and I'll be revisiting as much as I can.

I've had a couple tattoos done by Travis and they're amazing. Hes amazing at what he does and pays so much attention to detail. Would definately go back to get more tattoos by him.

I was booked in for two tattoos with Travis, but prior to my appointment I decided I didn’t really want the one, smaller tattoo. I emailed him a week beforehand to ask if it was possible to do a different small tattoo, but understood if he couldn’t do it. I asked, if he didn’t have time to do the new design, if we could just do part of it, along with the other tattoo I’d booked. He bluntly responded saying he could only do one or the other, I chose the newer tattoo, he said no problem.

On the day, he barely acknowledged me before showing me the design. It was a lot bigger than what I had described, not even close to the reference photos. I had to keep asking to make it smaller, he was very dismissive and rude, to the point that I asked if he was mad at me, he responded “no. ” and walked away. After about an hour of this, I felt so uncomfortable I decided I would rather not have this person tattoo me in an intimate area. I told him I was just going to leave and he said “alright. ” That was it.

Ive since seen a few similar reviews regarding him on Google. At the time I was thinking maybe he was having a bad day, but looking back it’s as if he was intentionally rude so that I’d leave and he could keep my $200 deposit. No person deserves to be treated like that, not for any reason. Not professional and certainly not creating a “safe space”.

Third time coming to Travis and I couldn’t be happier! Always appreciate his attention to detail and the quality of his work. Couldn’t recommend more ️

I travelled up from Canberra specifically to get a tattoo from Travis Sallaway and I couldn't be happier with the result! His professionalism, attention to detail, design and quality of his work was far beyond what I could've imaged. I would highly recommend!
