7The most amateurish, unprofessional organisation I've ever had the displeasure to deal with in my life. They are so terrible that they actually delete all their one-star reviews (which tells you all you need to know about this business). And trust me, most of their reviews are one-star or no stars. Never, ever deal with these people they ARE JUST HORRENDOUS and should not even be in the strata business. The fact I'm paying them to do absolutely nothing and be totally incompetent is the biggest joke of all. Do not go anywhere near this company for your own sanity. At the last strata meeting, the Somerville representative went around the owners and publicly shamed everyone (and the amounts they owed) who were in arrears on their strata payments! If you can even believe it!
Sophia is approachable & keen to assist in everyway. She is very knowledgeable on all aspects of Strata living.
O star for this company, they charge you very high admin fee and do nothing, never do their job, return calls or emails, never use them, if you are with them now, change it please.
0 stars. Worst strata managers I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Completely unresponsive and unhelpful. They will not respond to emails or answer or return calls. Avoid using at all costs. Have caused me nothing but difficulty and headaches.

By far the worst experience ever had with a strata management company. They are extremely unresponsive, don't read emails and are never available to take calls nor they return them. They lied to us. We asked to speak to the manager and were told she would call us back only to find out the very next day that such person was on maternity leave so was never going to call us back.
We have had to follow them up several times to have water bills paid and told us to contact the water company ourselves even though they were the ones that had made the mistake (and what they are paid to do anyways), they gave my contact details to third parties without asking for permission, had issues with the cleaners and they just kept on paying them even though they wouldn't show up to do their job.
Had we not terminated their contract I would have reported them to fair trade.
Maria (Somerville strata manager) poor customer service, strata managers at this place are completely incompetent. Avoid at all costs!
Maria at Somerville First National has been our strata manager for many years, all the time running the complexities very smoothly. Recently we needed to undertake major repairs after a flood. This involved the coordination and liaison by Maria with many organisations such as insurers, brokers, building companies, trades people, the body Corporate, a real estate agent, tenants, owners and more. The window of opportunity was very tight in any case, but half way through the work further repair requirements were identified. Maria was able to advise on how to go about the entire repair process and she maintained good liaison through out with the aforementioned groups and myself. I could not have done it without her expertise.
