Very rare to find a local company that's hands on and wants the best outcome for you as the consumer, 100% confidence in their communications, updates delays and also after sales care is fantastic, the team have satisfied every little option and demand we required from them and all in their stride.

Hands down the worst customer service experience I've come across!
After purchasing a property with a pool, I noticed the filter not working correctly and when vacuuming the dirt come straight back in through the Jets. Spoke to the previous owner to ask if the parts are still under warranty as the pools only 2 years old and she told me Somerset pools installed it. I then called up Somerset pools and the woman put me on speaker to explain the issue to the owner Darren or darryl. While explaining to him that my cartridge filter "outport" is blocked off and not connected, he says cartridge filters don't need that port. I asked if someone could come out and look at it as they installed it and I was told that could be the issue by another pool guy. The owner and woman both asked who was it, and I replied Jim's pool services to who they both laughed and ridiculed me. By then it became a slinging match between me and both of them and me been blamed for the incorrect installation as I was told that it worked fine for the 2 years before I lived there. After eventually agreeing to send someone out to look at it, their technician who I can't fault was very professional and seen the problem was the incorrect installation. The technician done an awesome job in fixing the problem and the owner could learn slot from him about customer service.

Their service is cheap but like the other reviews say you get what you pay for. Poor workmanship and unprofessional staff. Definitely worth spending the extra dollars for a proper job. I hope my pool doesn’t rust and fall apart like other reviews have stated

The owner operator Darren is an extremely rude person who is a womaniser and treats females especially with disrespect. This poor excuse for a human being offered to have a pool party with my daughter and her friends
