My favourite gym in Sydney, hands down! It’s a really welcoming and beautiful environment and the ammenities and instructors/ trainers are professional and knowledgeable. Love it!

Great staff and training programs. Franko is very knowledge, and has good awareness on the day to push you the right amount, and ease off. He helped me get really good gains, and showed me how to better connect with my body, and corrected a lot of weaknesses in my body due to bad training routines. Feeling strong and younger than ever.

The actual gym itself is amazing, fully decked out - with excellent access to recovery facilities, and excited to see the new ice baths soon!

We hosted a collection event at Soma and I have to say the team went above in beyond in assisting pre event and on the day. Everyone had a great time, images were amazing and I couldn't have asked for a more supportive event space. Highly recommend.

Every time I work out here I have the time of my life. The energy and encouragement is like nothing I have experienced anywhere else. I always want to come back, and always leave feeling incredible.

I LOVE SOMA! The reformer pilates classes are top-notch and well-run, the premises are always clean and last but certainly not least, the service here is amazing!

i believe that the reformer pilates classes here are the one of the best fitness experiences you can get in Sydney, and the fact that the studio has a great, cozy ambience perfect for winding down gives it a whole plus.

Furthermore, I always feel comfortable working out in the gym, regardless of the sections (studios, gym floor etc) due to its cleanliness and just its great atmosphere.

Last but not least, I am certainly always fascinated by the customer service they provide at SOMA. Despite being a younger part of their clientele, they have been very kind and hospitable to me and i truly appreciate their service. Alexa especially, have been really lovely and it’s always nice to see her around!

I like coming to this studio every Wednesday mornings for the pilates (foundation) class. The instructor is very Grace-ful (pun intended) and accommodating to beginners. And the studio itself… well just look at the photos.

I have been a member at Soma since they opened. With an array of classes covering different fitness modalities, great trainers and it’s delux interior - it’s my sanctuary. It never feels too overwhelmed with people like I’ve experienced at other gyms. Thanks Soma!

Beautiful studio and the most amazing pilates class with Abby! Best pilates class I’ve even taken! She really focuses on technique and form throughout the entire class and the classes are super challenging and satisfying while also being easily able to modify or make harder for yourself

One of the most luxurious gyms in Sydney run by highly experienced personal trainers. Has an incredible range of HIIT and barre classes. I would highly highly recommend this gym.
