4We had our unit's windows installed with the safety device however we were struggling to unlock the device so that the window can be opened The installer did not bother to explain how it can be unlocked though we were there at the Time of installation plus the attitude of Installer I would said is not that customer friendly service.same situation with our neighbours complained about after installation they couldn't open their windows.
Who knows about the quality of the work when they don't even bother to show up. Twice they didn't show, and then when they finally do they don't bring the materials they need. Avoid these guys.
Had this company change all locks in our unit block and managed to do a real shonky job of it all. Cheap quality window locks installed that wouldn't lock and kept popping open every time you jiggled the window frame. Plus the installer damaged two of my window tracks by drilling through the window track base frame and now window is impossible to open without it jumping off track, need two hands to open the window every time now. Another man came back to "fix" problem only to make it even worse than before. Not only that but others in our block have had same issue. Cheap quality and unprofessional results.
This company installed window locks in our building of 10 units.
They only notified units 6 to 10 of their visit in advance and did not notify units 1 to 5. As a result, some residents were not at home to allow access to their units when the technicians arrived to do the job. Then, the company scheduled their second visit to complete the job and charged an additional call-out fee of $248. They ignored our explanation that the second visit was needed because of their own failure to notify all residents of their first visit.
