We had a combined hybrid flooring and will carpet installation at our new unit in meadow bank.l was impressed from the moment I entered the store at west ryde and was greated by a wonderful and helpful man called Larry.

He showed me through the ranges of flooring and the many options Solomon’s have and then was able to come to my unit that very afternoon.

I was impressed considering it was a Saturday afternoon. I then chose the colours I wanted and we had the flooring installed within a quick turnaround.

I’m happy to say Larry and the install teams did an amazing job. I’m so happy I chose Solomons west ryde to do my install thank you Larry and your team.

The customer service by the shop was average since we weren't given an accurate description of the installation process. The installation process was awful. We were under the impression that the furniture could be moved around on the day and that we could still reside in the home. The very first day it was apparent that was not possible. There was a fine layer of plastic dust coating everything including linen inside our linen cupboard. We had to move out at 7pm on the first day of installation without warning. The job exceeded the due date by 1.5 days. The clean up at the end of the job by installers were bare minimal. Overall it was not a pleasant experience.

Laurie and Josh were super helpful, friendly and extremely responsive to all our questions and concerns. Fast and efficient service and the team who did our flooring were extremely professional, responsive to our requests and queries and installed with a high degree of quality. Would definitely recommend!

Josh and his team were exceptional in their service and knowledge of hard flooring. I was looking to install hybrid flooring in my double-storey apartment and the team at Solomons West Ryde were meticulous in their recommendation and accurate in their quoting. As I live in an apartment, there were many complications and delays caused by strata, but Josh had no issues helping me to facilitate their requirement and made sure to book an installation date for me as soon as possible. Josh's team also identified issues in my unit that would've been a nightmare to deal with later if left unchecked. This makes me very confident for years and years to come in our new hybrid flooring which undoubtedly modernised and increased the value of my property. Would highly recommend Solomons West Ryde!

Josh gave me a fantastic price, completed on time and arranged for fantastic trades to complete carpet and removal and installation. Definitely was a stress free experience, and he was very understanding when I had to move the installation date during our renovation not going to plan.
Trades were also considerate and had an eye for detail, levelling out our uneven floor.

I can't recommend them highly enough.

They did a great job with everything except a minor issue with the skirting boards (kind of my fault for an odd request). They did so well with every other aspect that I still recommended them to people. Someone I referred mentioned it 10 months later and they immediately sent the installer back over to fix it.

Josh was very helpful in providing advice on the products. The quote is reasonable and the installation was scheduled within 1 week. The installation guys are very nice as well. I had early meeting on the installation date so could not let them start early in the morning. But they are very flexible with it and happy to stay a bit late to finish the job

Josh was extremely helpful and knew his trade. But! I'm afraid his carpet laying contractors are not, reliable, punctual, communitive or helpfull.
