Cancels an eBay order almost a good week later “buyer requested to cancel” I did not request this what so ever unsure what shady business practices they are up to no communication on why or how

They ran a promotion on ebay, however rather than honour the sales they cancelled the order stating the reason as "buyer requested to cancel". They never tried to make contact with me and I have never requested to cancel the order. It would have been courteous if they had made contact with the customers rather than cancel the order and provide a bogus reason. Furthermore looking at their ebay comments it looks like this issue was quite widespread.

I was not going to post this review but I happened to check their ebay rating today and it looks like they have gone and deleted all the negative feedback they have received.bit suss.

I was told these sneakers where real but turns out I’ve been lied to safe to say the least i got scammed don’t be fooled.

Cancelled my eBay order without any consent and reason for the cancellation was “buyer requested cancellation” when I never requested any cancellation nor even contacted you in the first place. I've simply been waiting for my shoes to be shipped and then i get this!?

It's not even possible to contact you via eBay because you've turned off messaging. So how the hell was i "buyer requested cancellation" meant to even request a cancellation!?

This behaviour clearly shows they don't even care about their customers! Bet they wont even bother to do anything about it!

Reply Edit: "Unfortunately we were unable to fulfil your order and will have to cancel and refund in full as instructed by eBay. "

Despite eBay telling you to cancel your orders, it does not excuse you for your poor customer service and cancelling your orders as 'buyer requested cancellation' there are a few other options to use instead. Plus eBay does not encourage that type of practice, have attached a screenshot from an eBay rep. Thanks but I rather not participate in any future deals with you, using time to try get some sneakers and not have the certainty that I'll even get them, in the end it'll just be time wasted.

Other stores have been able to properly execute these eBay promotions, and manage customer service to standard.

Dishonest and rude. Bought shoes from eBay and was cancelled by seller and listed the reason as buy requested cancellation. Not professional at all

Pretty sus how I can make an order attempt within seconds of a flash deal and it gets declined, but for 3-4 minutes after people are still placing successful orders.
And no, my card wasn't declined.

Edit: hahaha orders were still being accepted almost 10 minutes in, 9 minutes after I attempted 5 times to order.

I bought a pair of yeezy israfil from solemate a few months ago. I recently try to resell it to another buyer and found out that the pair is fake, not legit. Horrible experience to find out this way. I paid $600 for the pair.

Bought my boyfriend a pair of Yeezys here and it arrived the next day! Very impressed! Will shop here again

Don’t be fooled all there Sneakers are fake I highly recommend not purchasing anything from here as u won’t be able to return it. You can only exchange unfortunately. And it’s a Rip off go to Culture kings or foot locker if you want the real deal and it’s much more affordable too.

Been recommended by a mate to suss this shop out apparently they have mad kicks here, these guys did not disappointed! Will be back lads

This is such a great store my son and I came looking for some nice shoes and the customer service is great and we highly recommend you shop here because they have some drip

Been shopping here for YEARS now and wouldn't go anywhere else. The selection is so much better here and even though it's a smaller store the staff are so friendly but aren't super in your face either. Also love that they are open late so convenient

Bought something for my girlfriend, these guys offers same day delivery and she received she shoes in the afternoon. Very efficient service lads!

Do not recommend anyone consign/buy any shoes there, the staff have limited knowledge and they are exceptionally egotistical. The experience I had was exceptionally embarrassing through the exceptionally poor knowledge of shoes and they lie to cover up their mistakes. I will encourage everyone to go the Secret Sneaker Store who are excessively more knowledgeable and are not so ego driven. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store.

Although a little bit expensive for the shoes that I got they made it worth it with great people and customer service! They have a great selection and competitive prices for their products. I highly recommend and I will be visiting them again next time I am in Sydney.
