If i could give a - 0 star i would.
Booked my car in to get tinted, was told picking it back up before close was fine.
Only to be called at 9am to say it needed to be picked up at lunchtime because they had another job that came up, meanwhile im working out on site till 3pm and couldnt get back by then.
Asked if the keys could be left in the letter box, just copped rude attitude about how we were going to pay if we did that, wanted cash left in the console (was never discussed) wouldnt take payment over the phone, Said he wouldnt wait till close for a $200 job as he had another job to go to now and he doesnt work like that. What kind of service is that? You advised one thing and then call at 9am and say another!
Disgusting service! Made us feel like we were the issue and we were putting him out. Your running a business. Sort it out!
