Initial contact was with Jordy Beeckmans who clearly explained the procedure at the telephone and later visited the property to finalise matters and explain in greater detail.

The team of installers arrived on a Sunday afternoon to be able to complete outstanding works before Christmas, and were well organised by Charlie, the project manager. The team went about their particular expertise in a quiet and efficient manner. Completed in 4 hours as stated.

As usual there were one or two questions to ask in the follow up which were effectively and quickly dealt with by Julia Peterson in the Office at Port Macquarie.

Later a technical question was immediately answered in a very clear and helpful manner by Thomas Yako.

We purchased our solar system from SolarBright and the service we received from Jordy, and the team at Port Macquarie office was excellent. We were emailed all the information regarding the process (which was seamless from start to finish - including after sales service, happy to answer any questions we had). The installation was completed by Mick and his team, who arrived on time and provided a professional service including cleaned up when finished. We knew we had made the right decision with Jordy and the staff at Port Macquarie office, due to the professionalism, and integrity shown and would highly recommend them.

We purchased a home with existing 4.2kW solar installed and wanted to double it given we have a pool and had installed ducted aircon. We approached SolarBright and another national retailer. Jordy came out several times to talk us through the process and discuss options. Jordy went into great detail to explain how solar works and recommended adding east facing and west facing panels. We decided to go with SolarBright over the national retailer because Jordy was so helpful and informative. Since the additional panels and inverter have been installed, the after sales service has been excellent - usually a same day response. We highly recommend Jordy and SolarBright.

Jordy and his team at Port Macquarie Solar bright were very easy to deal with. Jordy was the only one who visited the house and explained the whole process. He and his team provided a couple of options, we also asked him for a quote on a particular system I wanted. The price was slight higher then another but we proceed based on his and his team
experience demonstrated (plus local reviews).

Installation happened on the day agreed by a certified solar installer (Mike). Who was professional and very good at explaining the process on the day.

Since the system has been running a few issues with the wifi dongle have occurred due to NBN outages, Jordy was quick to respond and resolve the issue.

We also set up consumption monitoring which I would recommend to anyone installing solar. It has helped track cost and ensure we are on the most competitive energy plans.

10 out of 10 from me. The entire team was very professional and had great product knowledge and excellent advice. The whole process was smooth and easy.
