Initial contact was with Jordy Beeckmans who clearly explained the procedure at the telephone and later visited the property to finalise matters and explain in greater detail.

The team of installers arrived on a Sunday afternoon to be able to complete outstanding works before Christmas, and were well organised by Charlie, the project manager. The team went about their particular expertise in a quiet and efficient manner. Completed in 4 hours as stated.

As usual there were one or two questions to ask in the follow up which were effectively and quickly dealt with by Julia Peterson in the Office at Port Macquarie.

Later a technical question was immediately answered in a very clear and helpful manner by Thomas Yako.

He explained all details clearly and guided me for the optimal product. They made the installation only in 2 weeks and the installation team was quite professional too. We purchased a home with existing 4.2kW solar installed and wanted to double it given we have a pool and had installed ducted aircon. We approached SolarBright and another national retailer. Jordy came out several times to talk us through the process and discuss options. Jordy went into great detail to explain how solar works and recommended adding east facing and west facing panels. We decided to go with SolarBright over the national retailer because Jordy was so helpful and informative. Since the additional panels and inverter have been installed, the after sales service has been excellent - usually a same day response. We highly recommend Jordy and SolarBright.

The boys did an amazing job: professional, efficient, personable, very helpful and with lots of great advice about where to position the solar tube. They were also punctual and very competitively priced. I would recommend SolarBright to anyone thinking of installing a solar tube or skylight.

SOLARBRIGHT are an exceptional company to deal with. In July 2020 we had 20 panels placed on our roof. The team was super efficient & as the roof is easily viewed from our main road, the attractive pattern placement was much appreciated. All work, cabling & set-up was professionally done with no complications. The iSolar App was installed onto my Mobile by the installers before they packed up. All Customer Service details in set-up were completed without any problems. The most critical feature of dealing with SolarBright is that they are a highly endorsed 15yr old local firm with a solid warranty back-up history. What we were told we were going to get, we got!

We were very pleased with the quick response and professionalism of the Solar Bright team and after having solar panels installed went ahead and had solar tubes to light up several areas in our home.
