These guys are awesome.
From the moment I walked in this week, I was greeted with a genuine interest in helping me and made me feel like they had time to really listen to what I needed (not just rushed through the process). The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their craft, and it was evident in the level of care they provided for my daughters saxophone and the fact they did all they could to have it ready for an upcoming exam day.

Not only did they take the time to thoroughly inspect the sax and identify the issues, but they also patiently explained the repairs needed and their recommendations. They were transparent about the costs involved and made sure I understood the entire process before proceeding.

The repair work itself is impeccable and the improvements in its playability have been immediately noticed by my daughter.

Staff here took the time to provide me with some valuable tips and advice on saxophone maintenance, which I greatly appreciated and helped me find a more appropriate case for an instrument at the hands of an 11yr old……eeek!

I highly recommend this shop to any saxophonists / woodwinders (is that a thing!?) in need of repairs or maintenance for their instruments. These guys have your back and you can tell how mush passion they have for their industry.

They have certainly earned my trust and future business - (see you at the next check up/check in/weird squeaks/need for more reeds/teeth marks in mouth pieces etc etc……….

I brought a clarinet in for a minor repair and received stellar service from the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff around! Not only that, there was a super fast turnaround on the repair. I had it back in two days! Highly recommend.

Will and Craig are lovely gents! I have resumed trying to play the clarinet after a 20 year hiatus. The overhauled my horn and gave me lots of good advice for instrument care.

This place incredible. They’re straight shooters about what options there are for your instrument and their prices. Craig sat down with me and showed me on my sax what he was doing and the materials he’d be using. I had my alto serviced and re-padded in under a week, and was sent video updates along the way!

Loved the whole experience and my 16yo sax plays like new. These guys are absolutely new go to workshop.
