Good price but sloppy work. Unorganized admin. Wires dangling in the attic. Ripped up sacking and left it with holes. Left rubbish everywhere Didn't bolt up the switch board. Broken switch box enclosure. They lied about having it fixed. I've paid full balance but they keep calling after a month stating they never received my money. I'm starting to worry. Be aware: you get what you pay for.

Stress free managing the installation and in a reasonable price <- regretting give this review, previously. I have been chasing for a document submit to update the meter for months. And I am still stuck for no reason. Their promise on update or email would never come true.

It’s been more than 2 weeks system is not working after installation. Who will pay for the loss? No body from the support team are capabale to address the issue Now? I have to go to their office spend half a day travel and if I’m lucky will ask them to fix the issue… hopefully they did not leave the town after claim government grant and $5.5k from me. I just tried all their 1800 number and other numbers I have no body Answr the phone. If my issue don’t get fix next 48 hours i will compliant to govt depart to investigate to make sure this company are not part of fraud scheme like last time

ZERO after sales support. If I get any response it’s just an excuse for no action.

We chose Solar Galaxy on the recommendation of a neighbour. Quote process was cordial and efficient; had a good discussion to tune the sizing and layout to best match our needs and roof space. Installation was postponed once due to wet weather but went ahead without any hitches on the rescheduled da Got the iPhone login setup on the day and the system is running OK.

Unfortunately the monitoring system is not complete and I simply can't any action now the money is paid. VERY disappointing and time consuming. Still not resolved after more than two months. What should be a scheduled service visit just isn’t happening.

Update 09-Nov to reply from Solar Galaxy: now trying to change the scope as offered (see picture) ; the S100 monitoring is clearly included in the quote. It is not yet installed. Please get the job done and close this out guys.

I called this company several months ago and spoke to Victor. He offered advice and gave me some quotes. I felt uncomfortable after the second phone call as he was starting to be very pushy with constant phone calls and emails so I went with a different provider. I continue receiving emails from him despite trying to unsubscribe multiple times. I soon realised that clicking on the unsubscribe button does not help so I wrote to him twice requesting him to remove me from their marketing emails and that was being ignored too. Believe it or not, I am still receiving their emails which I have since filtered it into spam folder. This company obviously does not respect others and not at all professional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. I would have given zero star if I could.

I called ONCE, just to ask a few questions about solar installation. Since then, I have NOT stopped receiving phone calls and spam messages about their new packages. I ALREADY TOLD THEM TWICE TO DELETE MY NUMBER AND THEY STILL HAVE THE AUDACITY TO KEEP MESSAGING/CALLING WITH NEW PROMOTIONS! SO FRUSTRATING I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS SOLAR COMPANY IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT.
EVERYONE do yourself a favour and literally go to ANY other solar company! What a joke!

Solar Galaxy provided excellent customer service. We recently had a solar system installed by Solar Galaxy. Kanav, Charlie and the team are knowledgeable, they answered all queries promptly, and the installation was arranged quickly. The installers did a fantastic job and were efficient, and they tidied up everything and kept the site very clean after the installation. Highly recommend Solar Galaxy!
