We had a Solahart hot water system for 22 years no problems so when it finally gave up there was no choice who we wanted to replace it. Solahart was customer friendly top service and very capable tradesman would not have anyone else they were all awesome

When my hot water unit failed I called Solahart and they had a serviceman arrive with in a few hours. Unfortunately he did not have a unit that would fit in the space required. As it was late in the afternoon he said I will be back early tomorrow morning. He arrived early the next morning and the emergency unit was promptly fitted. A heat pump unit was subsequently fitted and is working just fine. What great service! Well done Solahart.

Solahart completed our installation professionally and to a very high standard. The system we had installed, at this early stage, is working to all expectations. We were very pleased with the cost of the system and now, the cost savings it is providing.

Like many of the reviews here, we were also impressed with the Solahart service at purchase and install of our $15K Goodwe Solar and battery system. I contacted Solahart at the time to compliment them on their service.
Since it became apparent we had an issue, however, the service, interest and efficiency seemed to disappear. Our experience with Solahart Newcastle's after sales service, technical expertise, knowledge and support of the Goodwe product has been very disappointing. Now at 3 1/2 months post installation we still have a system that is not working correctly. After an installation error that had to be rectified, we are now waiting on a part, it seems, that no-one knows the whereabouts of.

We are hoping that this post may bring about some improved efforts from management to satisfactorily address our situation.
