Wow! What an absolutely beautiful experience. I was initially booked in for a different service but as I am pregnant they weren’t able to do it however they offered me a beautiful facial instead and it was just so divine and exactly what i needed. I also received a beautiful rose quartz at the end from Zoe. Such a beautiful spa and so gorgeous and dreamy. Highly recommend xxx

I just had the most incredible treatments with Kit. Body scrub, Ayurvedic Bliss package & Native Botanical facial. Kit is an amazing therapist, all staff are so welcoming & friendly. The environment is calm & relaxing as well. I will be returning to Sol Spa!

I have been to many day spas and this has to be the best spa I've been to by far. The service was great and the massage, facial and body scrub we're amazing!

I can't recommend Sol Spa enough and can't wait to go back!

I had the pleasure of attending Sol Spa after my boss bought me a voucher for a very tough two years in Melbourne in lock-down (I was in Sydney Dec 2021 / Jan 2022 visiting family). I had a facial there and the whole experience was just amazing.everyone was friendly, the place was spotlessly clean and it was by far the best facial I had ever had.my nephews even told me I looked 10 years younger!

This is soooo much better than any of the CBD hotel spas.highly recommend if anyone wants to pamper themselves or spoil someone with a voucher. I will def be visiting again when in Sydney!

One of the best day spa experienced I had at Sol Spa all thanks to the incredible spa manager Zoe. Zoe went way and above to ensure our experience was nothing but the best and that we left feeling relaxed, pampered and satisfied with the high quality service we received. Our massage and facial was one of the best we have had so if you are looking for a spa that will take the time to make sure you leave feeling your best and one happy customer make sure you visits Sol Spa.

Had a facial and massage at Sol Spa and it was absolutely divine! One of the best spa experiences I’ve had from the gorgeous Zoe at the front door to the masseuse and facialist during the treatment. Will definitely be back!

I went to Sol Spa last month for a pampering day on my Birthday and it was worth every cent! The massage was the best part. I could tell the therapist was very knowledgeable as she managed to work on all my tension points perfectly. I will definitely go back:)

OMG had the most superb experience today AT SOL SPA. POSSIBLY THE best massage ⟟ have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. Wonderfully firm to get out all the Covid angst!
Followed by beautiful Facial treatment with all the extras.

I have booked a threatment for my wife's 40th Birthday back in November last year for 3 people.

It has been a frustraring experience trying to reach the reception but I understand as it was a busy perid and eventually I was able to speak to someone to purchase a package.

After explain that my idea was to have lunch (at their restaurant next door) and then a treatment I was told to purchase a package called GLOWING GROUP PACKAGE, so I happily paid for the 3 packages and hang up.

My wife and her friends booked for the 10/06/21 and to make sure everything was going well I called the restaurant when they where on the way to confirm their arrival. A lady answered and said that they had no booking and the restaurant was closed for private function, then panicking I tried to call the Spa whout succes.

On their arrival I later discover that the lunch was not at the restaurant but a bowl of salad offered at the Spa in a disposable container with disposable cutlery? !? I had no idea that the luch was meant to be like that and if I knew I will definetly not booked for that, maybe is a simple miscommunication but that ruined the experience I was meant to give to my wife for such an important event.

The treatment was good and staff friendly that's the only reason because I give 3 starts otherwise it would be 1 without doubt.

I purchased a voucher for my aunty who recently attended the spa she absolutely loved it and wanted me to pass on that from from booking to completion it was an absolutely amazing experience she had a massage and facial and because it was a birthday gift they gave her a glass of champagne so thank you sol spa

Rude and could not even take a booking properly- mixed up both my partner's and my appointments. I cancelled the appointment and the only thing they did that was right was refund. Not worth even calling them or using them.

Hands down the best spa in Sydney! All the staff are so friendly and the therapists are extremely experienced and knowledgeable. The spa itself is beautiful and immaculately clean with such a lovely calming energy. My skin felt divine after my treatment, I will definitely be back!

Their full body massage was a wonderful experience! Therapeutic as much as it was relaxing. I am on my feet all day at work, sore busy body. Not now, I feel great!

I've enjoyed both massage and a facial here and couldn't recommend the service more. The staff and delightful and always professional. The interior spaces are both immaculate and beautiful. I'll definitely keep coming back.

My delightful wife gifted me a traditional Marma abhyanga massage. For those unfamiliar, it's an ancient treatment with spiced oil. From booking in, being welcomed by the amazing Catherine, to the wonderful lounge waiting room, it was an outstanding experience. My therapist was Tammy (or Tammie?) And her smoothness and long continuous long strokes was blissful. Two litres of oil was used on me while my heart centred was aligned. I even received a free reiki from T. Being the last customer of the day, my shower was not rushed. (THAT shower room!) ill be back.this time with my wife. Amazing. Great work to Zoe and her team. Ps. Thank you Tammie

Best spa in Sydney, hands down. But boom in advance, there's no chance of a last minute appointment here its too sort after!

I was gifted a massage with scrub for Sol Spa - both the space and the experience were gorgeous. I found contacting to make the booking not as easy as I hoped - but I think that it perhaps was a short staffed week when I was trying to book. I would definitely go again.

A fantastic experience! My sister, mother and myself were treated to an afternoon of indulgence. From lunch and champagne to a scrub, massage and facial. The therapists were all very experienced and all three of us had an exceptional experience. Highly recommend if you are looking to be pampered.

The manager recommended the Signature Spa Rose Quartz Facial, it was pure indulgence. My therapist Tokie was extremely professional and i totally enjoyed my treatment. I will be returning for a recommended package shortly.

What a wonderful experience! We arrived and were greeted with a smiling reception desk who offered us a glass of champagne as they were running behind schedule. My friend and I indulged in the Sol Spa Lux package and it was wonderful from start to finish. We slipped on a lush robe and slippers, moved into our respective rooms and we're utterly pampered from start to finish, both leaving feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. We will be going back for sure!
