Honestly! Not the best hair for the price they charge. If you want quality - Don’t bother at Soho! International is the way to go.

This is a complaint about the owner/manager of Soho Wigs. I have purchased a wig at this establishment. However, I’ve realised that there’s some inconsistencies with the wig. Therefore, I approached today to the mentioned wig shop seeking for any help and in good conscience of internal policies about exchanging items. Unfortunately, I was not only mistreated, disrespected and being practically screamed at until I had to leave the shop but my intentions to solve my complaints about the wig were not meet. This is conflictive, because as a fellow business owner in the same area I have always recommended his shop to any of my customers but sadly after my own personal experience I have changed my mind. In consequence, I would like to address that the customer service here is practically null - no customer should be mistreated to this degree - So, for future customers out there better be aware of the kind of people that will be encountered in this wig shop, faulty items and lack of good manners. After such sour experience I feel like I’m not only entitled of a compensation but also an apology.

First of all, as I stated in the previous message I came to your shop in good conscience of your business’ internal policies about exchanging items. Second of all, the wig has not been worn, I bought the wig for a themed party which is going to take place by the end of this month. Third of all, as you mentioned I have purchased items at your shop before, but this time around I was seeking help since I found all these inconsistencies with the wig (not fuller at the top and asymmetric) - I could’ve explained such situation but I was mistreated, you were dismissive and I was screamed at in order to leave your establishment. Finally, by the looks of it I might have lost my money but you have lost a faithful client and you have tarnished your reputation in my eyes.
