13 I will never take my now 7month old puppy back to that woman.
She complains about my puppy every time I go there. Please tell me how I get my puppy to pooh on command as she has requested?
3 times and I'm over her and your business and I will tell my Facebook group about her as much as possible.
Very happy with the service & more importantly so is Eddie Sparkles (2yo labradoodle), great job!

The girls at Soapy Pause were fantastic. I was called in for work so had to dropped off my dog early and pick up later, they were totally okay with that! Great customer service
So sad and disappointed to see the original owners and staff leave. Have taken my pup here for the last 5 years and unfortunately won’t be anymore. She’s a toy poodle and was just shaved right back but still charged the same. These ladies aren’t the right fit for the business and it’s just about money.
Used to be fantastic with excellent service and good price. My standard Groodle always looked fantastic. New owners and now they quailty is terrible. Did not hygine groom my girl properly and she isnt difficult to groom. I should know i have done it myself.
We will never be returning. Since changing hands the customer service, treatment of clients & the dogs has declined dramatically.
Previously I had been a customer of this business for 5 years, since the new owners have taken over I have had a handful of terrible experiences, having my appointment change locations with text messages as late as 1am in the morning the day of, arriving to collect my dog at the agreed pick up time & her not being groomer despite being there for 3 hours & still being asked to pay, not being informed that the salon that we were booked into was closed, rude staff members, the increased costs but the huge decline in service this all along with the increased anxiety that my dog had about being left there after never having issues with the previous owners.
These experiences are extremely disappointing & I would highly recommend NOT booking your dog in to this salon.
I felt very uncomfortable this morning to be greeted by two brand new groomers.
The company has changed hands and the usual groomers have left.
The new people where friendly and understood why I didn’t wish to leave my dog with them. Just would have been nice to have been given the heads up before I drove 20mins for my dog’s appointment.
Disappointing experience today, rude women that I have not seen before as I regularly bring my dogs here for grooming, in addition to bad experience, the cost $220 for simple grooming for two little dogs! Doesn’t have courtesy informing customers about changing admin and about increasing in fees! Not happy with this negative changes, I will be looking elsewhere ……
Hatchet job of the worst kind. Shave a dog rather than de-shed & groom properly. The dog was bleeding…
Worst part is, they still charged the client
Went to pick up my dog and was accused of locking my dogs in cages because she smelt of urine? Saying if I can’t afford her i can surrender her to these two women I don’t know! (She has a weak bladder and wees in her sleep - That’s why I’m getting her washed and shaved!?) they did find an inflamed red tooth which I appreciate that noted to me she has now been X-ray, treated and diet changes (but these groomers misdiagnosed her being deaf with tooth abscesses. They must be bored…) days later the rspca did a home check and saw my girl on the lounge in the AC and said they won’t need to be back. Also SO expensive!
Luna loves going to soapy pause and always leaves looking fabulous! They take amazing care of your fur babies
Took our boy Jax in yesterday for a groom and clip. Clean modern premises, with great atmosphere and very helpful, friendly staff. Extremely happy with the result and service. Thank you Lisa. Will definitely return.
