Loooooove this place. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Only problem I've ever had is spending WAYYYY to much money here definitely recommend to any crafter who needs a new project or supplies

I always like going there, most craft projects I have on the go can be completed by a trip to so-lo. There are always things here to inspire more projects and the staff are always more than happy to help and can usually offer their experience with any questions I have.

Great place to get your arts supplies.friendly staff and they also help out up and coming artists to display and sell their work.i personally have sold one here.also display others

For a small store they have a pretty good selection for average pricing, nothing too outrageous and a bit of everything (crafting, scrapbooking, sewing, painting, knitting etc) good if you're looking for an alternative to spotlight with more tailored products

Great if you are after Panda, Cleckheaton, Patons and Shepherd yarn as it's the only store in Newcastle that I've found that now stocks it

Couldn't get exactly what I was after but there was a great range of products and the prices were very good.

They just about anything you could want for crafting, knitting, scrapbooking and more. I go there for all my needs.
