Snooze Rutherford

We bought a King bed that turned out to be way too soft. Luckily we were served by Joe who sorted out an exchange and we only had to be pay for re delivery. The new bed is perfect.

I cannot recommend Snooze Rutherford highly enough.

We were difficult customers, and changed our mind about our mattress purchase. The guys at Snooze were helpful the whole time, and made sure we ended up with a bed that we were happy with.

If you are nervous or unsure about where to buy a mattress, I encourage you to go in and talk to these guys.

Ordered a mattress and bed frame. Amazing mattress and awesome salesperson (Joe). Very sweet, patient and helpful. Listened to our needs and usage with the mattress and suggested the one within our budget. Absolutely love it. He even went an extra mile with arranging its delivery. Only issue we had was we had to cancel our bed frame due to delivery delays. Otherwise excellent experience and will buy from their store again

The service was quick but unfortunately the staff were not friendly and it seemed like it was an effort to even serve. I'm talking about the men who work there. Very disappointing.

Wonderful experience in store. I’m terrible at making choices and the amount of mattresses on the market is overwhelming making it difficult for me to pick one. Went in and the sales man Geoff asked me the important questions and took me to 2 mattresses he thought i’d like. They were both under the budget i had given so i felt comfortable that he wasn’t just recommending an expensive mattress for his own benefit. I bought the mattress because he basically made the choice for me based on the preferences i told him which was exactly what I needed and made the decision easy. He is great at his job and I’m happy with the mattress I got. Thanks Geoff:)

Wonderful staff that know what they are doing and talking about. Was able to find a mattress bed combo that both me and the wife love.
Was able to to test the best firmness using that fancy machine.
Was fantastic and won't need to go back for years but would be happy to if I need to.

I bought Madison Wardolf mattress, fantastic, best night's sleep I've had in ages. I suffer from arthritis and shoulder pain, I woke up feeling very refreshed and minimal pain which is a miracle for me. I bought it from Steve at Rutherford Snooze, thank you for all your help and such a great price on my luxurious mattress it's fantastic I couldn't rate it high enough or your service! I would recommend this mattress to anyone. Delivery was quick bought it on Wednesday delivered Friday, fantastic service. Steve wasn't pushy, I looked in other store situated next door but salesman was very pushy, I went straight back to Steve for his very professional service.

I took my elderly mother to buy an adjustable bed and the salesman Geoff was amazing he gave her a great deal and then we left and went into another store nearby we were offered a bed similar for $1000 less but my mum said no I want to buy it from Geoff. He spent time with her and explained everything properly. It was a great experience for her from start to finish. Thankyou

We purchased an expensive bedding suite from Snooze which all went fine at the time. However part of the suite failed during the warranty period. After getting the run around for a while we finally got a representative to look at the failed product. We were then asked to return it to the store at our expense. We are now being asked to pay another non refundable fee to Snooze for them to look at the product before they will tell us if they will repair the product or replace the product. They are doing their best to stall and so far after about 4 weeks I am no closer to understanding if they are actually going to do anything about it. All the while they have our bed we are left without a bed. I have found them to be rude and arrogant as soon as we needed some after sales service. Big thumbs down to Snooze and I would avoid them if you are looking for a shop that will provide after sales service.

Bought a pillow that wasnt quite right. The sales people (man and woman) helped me and I picked a excellent pillow. Very friendly and helpful
