It’s hard to get out of bed now! Love my bed and when i came back to purchase a tempur pillow, they threw it in as a bonus to the whole package i had purchased. Thank you

We recently popped into the Snooze store at Moore Park and have been thoroughly impressed with the level of service received.
From the moment we stepped in the door and begun looking around.
Ed was very polite and extremely knowledgeable on everything we needed. From pillows, to bed frames & Mattress and he absolutely nailed the whole lot and we felt incredibly looked after and came away with exactly what we wanted. If you’re in the market for a new bed or mattress I highly recommend you go and see Ed at Snooze Moore Park. You’re in good hands.

Snooze as a reailer is ok. First mattress we bought there years ago was amazing, had it for 8 years and was almost as good as new. We recently bought a new one, a Sleep Tailor. The Sleep Tailor mattresses are a complete rip off. $5000 for a mattress and after a year it has indentation in it. Because it was over 12 months (just), Snooze said i had to talk to the manufacturer. Had to pay another $300 for them to come pick up the mattress and "test" it. They returned it saying it was operating as normal. Staff at the Sleep Tailor were rude and agressive. I wouldn't buy there again.

Very pleased with the team at Snooze Moore Park, particularly Ian and Jamie.
My husband and I had only just begun our mattress shopping journey when we walked into the store, was greeted with friendly helpful faces, took our sleep profile and with wonderful service and knowledge from Ian, we ended up purchasing our first Sealy mattress and base (with a great deal!)
The next day we actually went back into store to upgrade the base to a frame (with another great deal from the team!), and were helped by Jamie who was kind enough to provide a loan base for our new mattress while the bed frame is on back order.
The following week, we got a phone call update that our mattress was arriving sooner than expected which was great to hear.
Overall, we can’t recommend Snooze Moore Park enough, they were so helpful and knowledgeable, took their time with us and gave us a price we couldn't refuse. Thank you to Ian, Jamie and the rest of the team!

Ian, the salesperson, was AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable and understanding of my requirements.
He took time to show me the different options available and explained what he thought would suit me.
Then, on top of that, he rang the supplier and ensured it would be delivered to me on time.
Highly recommend Ian and this store.

Had a really good experience in store. Patrick was very knowledgeable about the products and efficient with working out our delivery and transaction.

I brought a mattress from this branch last month and I can say hands down, the best experience I had regarding customer service and fast delivery. Much more preferable than other Snooze branches in Sydney.
I was assisted by Patrick, who was just wonderful in providing quality service and I would highly recommend his assistance to anyone seeking a new mattress. Thank you Patrick!

Fantastic service start to finish. Service from Lewis was outstanding - he gave us all options and did not merely point us towards the most expensive products. His advice was clear and informative. Pleasure to deal with him - he is a great asset to the business.

Very happy with my shopping experience today. Paul was delightful and helpful without being pushy. He understood my financial situation too and got me a great bed at my price point. The whole team must have been in the Xmas spirit as we had lovely banter with them. Merry Christmas guys!

While we didn’t purchase a mattress from Snooze, not through any fault of the sales rep, Jaime, I just wanted to give her positive feedback. She was extremely helpful
& knowledgeable. Assisted us is knowing different products, pricing & availability. Ultimately we went with something else at a lesser know retailer due to mattress features but thank you to Jaime for your help:)

A big shout out to Snooze Moorepark and their team for our son's new "Denmark" bed. Your delivery guys kept us informed yesterday and today right up until delivery. We paid for installation which I highly recommend. They assembled the bed in next to no time, placed the mattress on top, took all the rubbish away and left. Great service. Thank you Snooze)

Very happy with my new Madison Waldorf mattress (its very comfy) and the advice that got me there from Ian & the team.

We needed a new mattress and decided to visit Snooze Moore Park at the Supa Centa. We did very little research beforehand and weren’t sure what type of mattress we needed. However, after meeting the very knowledgeable and helpful manager (Steven) we did a customised profiling (factoring in weight, side/ back sleeping preference etc) to exactly determine the right firmness for my wife and I. We purchased a mattress and got a great price - importantly we have the confidence to know we were properly fitted. They have a very convenient service that will remove/ take away your old bed when the new one is delivered!

Paul and his team, were magnificent in providing no pressure options, providing knowledge of beds. It was the the fact that we never got an indication that we were wasting their time. It resulted in a sale at a very good price.

Having an absolute blast with Paul and his team. Friendly, helpful and meticulous. He's running through all the steps thoroughly and making sure everything is in order. Always ahead and prepare to answer any questions being thrown to him.

Paul gave us really excellent service. He knows the products backwards and explains the differences clearly. He is also very patient and suggested we come back for a second mattress tryout. We’re delighted with our choice and their prices are very competitive.
