Manisha and the team at Kotara Snooze were so wonderful. They were so patient and helpful during the process of finding the perfect mattress.

Not only did I get two great beds and a wonderful new mattress, but I also received great after sale service when there were a few hiccups with the bed we selected. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone I dealt with was helpful and understanding.

I haven't purchased anything yet, but the instore experience (and professional service from Melinda) was fantastic! Wonderful all round!

Lauren provided lots of help for us to pick the right mattress for our needs and budget. The whole team was lovely and professional. To top it off, Dave went above and beyond to help me get my mattress home in the car.

I had one of the best customer service experiences in history from Snooze employee 'Ruth'. She was excellent from start to finish, helped secure a great bed at a great price and even arranged bed storage for a long period of time whilst my apartment was being built. She was always friendly and would check in from time to time to see how we were going. Ruth went above and beyond. She is an absolute credit to Snooze and due to her professionalism and customer service I couldn't recommend Snooze Kotara more highly.
