Aamod was very good and we were happy to spend over $3k then the owners son got involved, and told us not to waste his time, because we had some questions, his attitude and arrogance lost the store the sale perhaps he would be better suited in the warehouse, away from customers

Today I went there to pay on behalf of friend's son. I found the staff behaviour is terrible. It looks there are not there to serve the customers. I am not naming the staff for the sake of anonymity.

Aamod was very friendly and helpful. He helped me to find a mattress that was perfectly suited for my best sleep experience. He knew everything and thoroughly explained all the mattresses.

Great service from Peter - ensured that I found the right pillow to fit my sleep style and comfort level!

Staff do not want talk to customer at all. 10 minutes, no approach. They prefer together sit next to computer and look at the screen without doing any work.

I was there today with my partner. We tried to buy a bed there and the reception lady was so rude and yelling at us said we couldn’t touch it. If we couldn’t touch it how did we know it was good or bad? The service was so bad and she was so disrespectful and rude to us. She needs more training for customer service. I’ll never comeback for this brand.

Very humble, knowledgeable and nice teamstaff working there.

We just put our order through today and very happy how everything was handled.

Went there to buy some pillows because of my neck pain, Aisha was the staff who helped us. She was really good and had a lot of ideas abt pillows which helped us a lot. Five star shopping experience. And hats off to really good customer service.

Staff (Aisha) was very helpful and knowledgeable, with a good understanding of the questions to ask to clearly meet our needs. Also very helpful with design tips and tricks and additional products to consider along with our purchase. Recommend giving the store a visit if you are considering a new bed/mattress/other related product. Will return again in future.

I am still waiting for my bed 3 months after ordering.after following up, again, I have been told I have at least another month to wait

This store has no customer service, no acknowledgement to the customers, no greetings. Don’t waste your time like I did today.

Got a few pillows last year in December for me and my family and we're very happy with the pillows! It's extremely comfortable and one of the staff, Linh was of great help, helping me choose the type of pillow I needed.
