Great experience with Snappr. After answering some questions I was recommended several photographers to work with. Cho was rated highest so I selected him. Cho is very professional. We had an initial call too confirm my requirements and discuss how I should prepare. Cho had ideas on lighting and poses. We did work indoors and then some outdoor shots. Plenty to choose from.

We had a great experience with Snappr. The process of finding and booking a photographer for oneself is very seamless. You can choose a photographer based on the kind of shoot you want, how amazing! Our photographer - Ernita S, was extremely talented. She recommended us spots around the city and was very kind. Loved our photographs:) highly recommend Snappr.

3 hours prior our ceremony of Wedding Vows Renewal you cancelled our booking. Just after our ceremony (same night) you sent an email asking for a date to reschedule our booking. Can you think of something more insulting than this? !? !? In my answering email I asked if you were willing to pay for another function, all the guests travel and accommodation expenses etc. Of course you never answered me.
When we asked for a refund you insisted on other options.one being rescheduling our booking.again.
We were robbed of our ceremony professional photos and instead of trying to compensate us (although nothing will bring us back the opportunity) you were not willing to refund our money.
I'm selecting one star just to be able to write my review because you don't deserve any start at all.
To everyone looking at Snappr I just have one advise.please run away from Snappr. If they can't manage their photographers and replace one for such an important event as it is a Vows renewal ceremony how can you trust them?

Mahdiyar is a fantastic photographer. The way the pictures are taken are exactly the types that we are looking for. Looks very natural and with very nice background! We like. Highly recommend!

I had to arrange a shoot for our office and the entire process was efficent and easy. The photographer Gabriella was fantastic and we got our pics the very next day, they look really great and we're delighted with the photos, exceptional service and value!

We booked Ilya Shirshov to take photos of our wedding party and wanted candid moments captured as well as some (not too) staged shots. He called us a few days prior to ask us a few questions. On the night itself he was there on time and talked us through what we could expect, etc. We hardly noticed him there, which has ended up in some really lovely photos of moments we can look back on with fondness. We highly recommend Ilya, a lovely bloke with a great talent!

We had a formal event at Pier One. Unfortunately the photos delivered fell short of the mark - we weeded out almost half of them before sharing with our guests (duplicate shots of the same thing, the unflattering face expressions, images of the back of peoples heads) and still received feedback from guests that we need much better photography next time as still the images weren’t great. Some images captured were lovely, but there were only a few. Our photographer was super friendly and lovely but it was very disappointing to receive this standard.

Booked Snappr for a remote product shoot for a new machine installation, i used the recommended photographer based on their selection guide. Unfortunately the outcome of the photos was less than satisfactory.
Over exposed, out of focus, inconsistent colours.

I had to find a photographer at short notice - and Snappr totally delivered! We got paired with a wonderful photographer, who fit right into our birthday party and took some incredible, high-quality photos. We were sent a link to the edited photos the following evening. I can highly recommend them!

Very bad experience unprofessional photographer and very rude management team if there is zero stars I would have used it

Unreliable and very low quality service provider.
I don't recommend anyone to hire them.
I hired them on my wedding and booked 6 hour photography and 4 hour videography, they sent one person to do all the job and she is a beginner level with low communication skills, no creativity, no response. To tell the truth, I got really frustrated on my special day. It was too difficult to see that the hired company was irresponsible and they didn't care about your experience by sending unqualified person on my big day.
After the edit was done, I was more disappointed with the quality of the video which was ONLY 47 minutes not 4 hours with wrong focus and music previous image. The photos are also bad quality.
I contacted Snapper management afterwards, they showed no interest to resolve the issue and closed the ticket saying that the quality is acceptable to them. Actually, their only concern is just collecting money, regardless the quality of their services.
Please people stay away from this Unreliable unprofessional irresponsible company #Snapper

As for the photos, for example there were no photos for main moments, another example we booked a hotel room with a harbour Bridge and Opera house, no photo showed the view though the phone camera did, they was no feedback received from the photographer (though we kept asking for feedback) to have photos with good posture.
The wedding costed us a lot and unfortunately the service didn't meet non of our expectations to have a professional photography and videography service to save our memory.

Maria was patient, she went above and beyond to capture our beautiful family. She was very experienced and creative. We loved the experience and the outcome is truly incredible!

We had such a great time with Ilya, he was so knowledgeable and had some awesome advice which really helped me plan the proposal. Ilya knew all the good spots and the best times to have the photoshoot.

We felt so comfortable with Ilya and he was so generous and helpful. We would definitely go with Ilya again it was an amazing experience. Thank you so much!

I have used snapper three times since 2016, twice for graduations and the latest one for couple photo shoot. I found the experience are always seamless and the quality never lets me down. My latest photographer, Bill was amazing. The photos he took are so beautiful and he made us feel comfortable during the shoots. We now we have cute photos to remind us of our life in Pyrmont. Great job team Snappr and thanks again Bill!

We just had our Photoshoot with Leon who was amazing! He took brilliant shots and I would highly recommend!

I booked a shoot for a marriage proposal and couldn’t be happier with both the seamlessness of the booking process and the final result. Downloading the app and getting set up took minutes and booking the shoot for the desired day and time was also very quick and easy. Our photographer Mark promptly contacted me and made all the arrangements. He showed up early, was very professional & friendly and less than 72 hours later we have an album of absolutely incredible photos of our engagement. I couldn’t recommend both Snappr and Mark enough!

Ilya was very good. Professional and comfortable to be with as our photographer. Was very respecful too. Photos were amazing, everybody loved it!

After being a big fan of Snappr, things certainly haven't gone well with my last shoot. Half the photography was unusable as images were either overexposed or products were unidentifiable, after contact the help centre to work through a resolution on April 29,2021, nothing has happened despite promises of a reshoot and it's now 1/6/21. A very disappointing outcome. The problem with the help centre is that it's only an email, so if you don't here back, there's no opportunity to source help any other way.

I had an amazing user experience with Snappr. It's super easy to navigate the website, find the available photographers, and be matched with the one I like. I've used the platform for two personal occasions, and both times, my interactions with Snappr and their Logistics Specialists were awesome. They were super helpful and prompt with their follow up during/after my booking, ensuring everything is well organized.

I really loved my photos as well - the photographers are very professional and experienced. I highly recommend Mark who made us feel so much more comfortable in front of the camera, and was very proactive in suggesting good views and natural lighting for outdoor photoshoot!

I'd definitely book Snappr again and would recommend to my friends.
