Equipment is looked after well, staff are friendly, the atmostsphere is great. Overall a really good gym.

Best gym in Sydney. I m with snap fitness auburn since they opened. Always clean and tidy. You can find all the equipments u want. Enough space even when it is crowded. Friendly members and staff. Best snap fitness gym of snap fitness franchise. If u live around auburn don’t waste your money to try any other gym.

I have been with snap Auburn for 2 and half years now. I am very happy with them. Hopw they continue same with hygiene & maintenance.

Gym staff is professional and friendly. Wei is a great coach. He has helped me so much in maintaining my health. There are new and good range of equipments. The music is good. Overall very satisfied.

Wonderful gym. Small, but packed to the guts with everything you need. Even has personal parking underground (even though lots of locals park there ¯_ (ツ) _/¯). If you manage to go there when there aren't other people, you will easily forget that you're at a business because it feels like a home.

Nice latest equipments are available that’s great.
Trainer and staffs are helpful.
Playlists are dope encourages us to grind hard

Usually train at a Snap closer to home however it was super packed so I decided to venture a little further to Snap Fitness Auburn. The gym has two sides one conventional and the other functional. Really impressed as it has a decent amount of equipment and seem really well maintained. Staff are super friendly and happy to help so DEFINITELY going to be coming back more often. Worth every bit of that extra 15 minute drive.

Although quite small, it has enough equipment to do a full body workout. The equipment is also arranged well so that you can comfortably walk around. I love how they have their own garage carpark and you can choose the music played at the gym.they also have a charging station for your phone. They do really well with what they have.

Due to my busy schedule, I just try to cancelled my membership but they charge me and also charge weekly payment even i was not able to attend.
Bad Experience ….

After a while, I was being charged once a week instead of once every 2 weeks. Tried to cancel my membership after I found out but they have me excuses. After telling them off for a while, they agreed to cancel my membership. The gym is nice but the customer service is lacking.

I like the maintaining of two different sections. One for all weights and machine exercises and other from HIIT, Stretching, Strengthening exercises. Only issue is not enough drinking water or water refill outlets. Just one in each section. Need to wait to drink or refill

Better than most gyms.
Could add a few more benches. Super clean and takes all COVID 19 precautions seriously

Gym is always clean and awesome staff. I think it would be great if there is a decline bench in the weight section.

It's a dream gym very big, clean, machinery is amazing and up to date, and brilliant staff ready to help at all times, couldn't ask for more.

I didn’t from other other competitors, I can provide my personal details and you can look up easily. I believe most of your staff is well-trained and would explain contract clearly, but not from my experience, what happened to me is the salesperson told me and my friends how easy to become a member and no default payment in the future, we simply trusted him and didn’t check the contact. I could delete the comment if you fix the problem and please ask the staff how important to explain the contract in the future.

Love the gym very clean and nice, but most importantly i loved the other functional side where i can do my own thing as i get my own privacy
