Today was my first day at the gym. Pt manny is the best. I was so nervous at first but pt manny was so helpful and friendly and after my first session I was super relaxed. I’m very excited to for my next session. Thanks manny and Iysha. You guys are the best. Thank you.

First time ever at a gym. Warm welcome from staff and good well equipped gym. PT Manny was highly professional and friendly, helped show me the reins on lots of equipment and gave great advice. Highly recommend.

PT manny, firstly thankyou for your time. You were brilliant in working with my specific needs. And you made me feel comfortable, taught me correct posture, right technique while using the equipments and i really had fun throughout the session. Snap fitness is the best.

UPDATE:

Not happy on being RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and GASLIGHTER, Ayesha, the manager, refused to deactivate my card when the manager of another Snap Fitness called requesting it, so I could use it in the new gym. She told him that she would only deactivate if I deleted this review, which now adds her another character deviation: BLACKMAILING!

You know what Ayesha? I’d rather paying for a new access card then falling prey to your blackmail!

To the owner, I recommend you to be more careful with who you hire to manage and work at your business! Btw, I’m also going to the social medias to report how abusive this is.

Very rude staff and manager. None of them were able to answer simple questions about the membership and cancellation policies. Instead of answering what I was asking, they provided me other answers to proof their point, not saying it was wrong, just different from what I asked. When I insisted to have my questions directly answered, they said I wasn’t understanding, which honestly configures gaslighting. Very nice when prospecting customers, very disrespectful when we’re leaving.

Horrible experience with the “manganers” of the gym snap in kogarah, they treated me badly for not understanding a situation, I never want to go back again I just lost money at that gym

I have been attending the gym now for over 1 year, I have recently paid for personal training sessions from Manny and he has help me improve my with in myself and form whilst training also seeing the changes so I would recommend if needing a trainer to get Manny to assist with your goals.

Gym Manager Iysha doesn’t know about customer service. I had 2 subscriptions in there, cancelled both because of her.

Very friendly staff, good membership price, good gym equipment and they’re clean and new. I would recommend this gym. The personal trainers there are also very helpful and give out amazing advice.

Personal training with Manny has been great, feeling the difference and seeing progress after each week.

My short and very positive membership with snap Kogarah was smooth, with friendly and approachable attitude to all of my questions. The gym is very clean and tidy with lovely considerate members as well. Highly recommend Snap fitness Kogarah and thanks to management for making my time here enjoyable.

Great gym. PT Manny is an incredible trainer. I've had several trainers in the past, however Manny is on another level. He is super motivating, always cheerful and knows how to get the most energy out of his clients. Manny was undoubtedly build for his role as a trainer and I am always looking forward to my next session!

My personal trainer Manny is amazing! It wasn’t until I started training with him that I actually started training correctly, seeing results and feeling confident in myself and in training at alone at the gym. His programs are always made to suit individual goals and needs of all his clients and he spends a lot of time putting them together to make sure they are perfect! Could not have asked for a better trainer

Best Snap Fitness for me. I've been to other Snap before, and it's not the same vibe. The trainers in Kogarah are very welcoming and it feels like a big circle of friends during classes too. Shout out to my favourite PT Manny, I've been training with him for 10 months now and he's simply the best - very knowlegeable, proactive and personally one of the nicest people I know.

The gym is well equipped and all but I now I get a little frustrated with their help desk. Random charges on my card and multiple follow ups with them.

The places is abit far from the train station, Trainer are friendly, Manny and ayesha. They have special class every week.

Modern equipment, good variety and friendly staff! Great go-to gym, even when compared to other Snap branches in the area.
