Such a friendly and clean gym! Staff are always super nice and offering help when needed. Community of the gym are also welcoming and supportive. If you’re wanting to start the gym, snap fitness is the gym to go to!

Andrei, Lawrence and the team at Snap Tuggerah are always friendly and welcoming. A small, well equipped, family friendly and judgement free gym. My kids love going to the Creche and it has the added convenience of being 24 hours, near the freeway for before work workouts, on the passport and at the shops.

Snap Fitness Tuggerah is such an awesome place to train. Myself and my BOS FIT partner Josh are P. Ts here. We love the vibe, the owners, the other trainers and the friendly inclusive nature of Snap Tuggerah. Highly recommend. If you are in this area there is no where else to train.

Joined up this week, had my 1st boxing session and it was amazing. Staff are absolutely incredible, I felt fully supported and made feel very comfortable. And exhausted lol

The Snap franchise owner is a nice man, but they and other gyms like them are running a wrought. If you don’t use the gym, you still pay full membership. You can only put your membership on hold for a certain amount of time and you also need to give 30 days notice upon cancelling your membership. They know that can fix this problem, but they’re too tight to pay a coder to link the code from swiping entry to billing and accounts. It’s this simple … if someone doesn’t use their gym membership for seven days, their membership should automatically go on hold. When they next swipe, they get entry and the gym user is charged from that time on. Alternately, they should allow a seven day cancellation period and not thirty. They are doing this to make money and who gives a toss about the customer. The gym itself is small like most Snap gyms. Whoever owns the snap brand should be sued as should all gym owners for this wrought of a practice.

Do not recommend this place at all wouldn’t bother with the personal training I am moving house paid $720 worth asked for a refund for $430 it’s been weeks and no response so I’m paying for a service that I didn’t get what a scam

The friendliest gym. Doesn't feel like a franchise, has an incredible community feel to it. Incredibly welcoming with very knowledgeable owners who are always available to offer advice and support when required.
I wouldn't want to train anywhere else.

Awesome gym with all the equipment you could need in a good location. Staff are friendly and personable, and the gym is kept tidy and sanitary with good cleaning measures. Very welcoming atmosphere, definitely worth the switch.

Great gym, but Olympic bars aren't the best quality. If you want to lift (semi) seriously better another facility. Otherwise good set up!

Equipment is alright. But not the best, I would explore other gyms on the coast before signing up to this one.
