Worst customer service I have ever experienced in the gym… not passionate about their jobs, I literally walked out straight away I was that disgusted.
I don’t want to waste my money with disgusting customer service or people who are just here for their pay check.

Great range of equipment. The gym has a very friendly vibe. Mik the manager goes above and beyond to make you welcome.

With the convenience of the crèche adapting to my workout routine has been easy. Everyone is always happy to see you. Mik always makes you feel comfortable. Plenty of space to train.

Mikayla is so welcoming and friendly! I feel so comfortable coming to this gym, honestly it’s not my closest gym but I would rather drive the extra kms and come here! Equipment is well maintained, such a friendly atmosphere

I have been with Snap for a few months now and I love the atmosphere. The staff are amazingly welcoming. I have regular Pt sessions with Amelia who goes above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. The Manager Mikayla is always smiling and helpful and approachable. Could not rate it high enough.

If you’re looking for a gym in Bathurst that is perfectly managed, is clean, has amazing staff that you can actually talk to and get advice, then Snap Fitness is the one. It’s clean, I feel comfortable working out there and I don’t get judgement. The equipment is great, they have a wide range of various equipments so there is always options. Which allows for a full workout during busy times.

I love training at this gym. The gym manager Mikayla is so welcoming. The PT’s are extremely helpful and the gym has a lot of great equipment. Can’t recommend this gym enough! 10/10

The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Theyre always available to assist and happy to do so. They have a vast range of equipment to suit everyones needs with cardio, cable and free weights, even crossfit equipment. 11/10 would recommend!

Did a causal visit and would highly recommend it to all. The gym has a wide range of equipment and was kept very clean. On top of this the club manager Mikayla and the rest of the team were super friendly. I will be back the next time I’m in Bathurst for sure.

Honestly one of the best gyms in Bathurst! Great equipment and set up, easy to move around and the members are so nice, helping or holding each other accountable as everyone deserves the best experience possible and that’s everyone’s responsibility. The staff are awesome! Super friendly and helpful, from Mikayla the manager or the various PTs. Like most businesses, there’s only so much staff can do and here, they’re doing the best they can to create such a safe and fun space (their socials, so funny!). Nice and central in town too which is great for me walking to and from. Just an all round great place!
