Super friendly staff, well the equipment you need, very clean and tidy gym. Well looked after.

Plenty of various equipment maybe even a little too much. It feels like you are on top of each other. Nevertheless, very clean and hygienic.

As per the usual great Snap gym.

Great gym.friendly staff and members. Great to see classes everyday. New equipment. Open 24 hours makes it a good option for those who work shifts.

The gym has a variety of equipments and is relatively spacious. It has a sled (not many gyms do) and plenty of heavy lifting machines (barbells/squats/pull-ups).
The downside is NO parking and street parking can be a nightmare. It also gets very busy on peak times before/after work hours.

Been a Maroubra Snap member for over 5 years. Seen a lot of changes over that period.
The only thing that hasn’t changed is the consistent quality of staff and equipment.

Large and well resourced gym, equipment it a bit older but works well. Surprising amount of racks if you like using those.

I have been a member of this gym for about 6 months. The equipment is modern, the facilities are always clean, and the staff are always helpful.
They've also recently increased the size of the gym which has made a big difference.
I particularly like the fact that it is s real local gym, supported by the local.

Amazing facility! New management and staff have done an excellent job with the gym having new equipment brought in and keeping everything clean and upgrading some areas around the facility having a nice new look for new and current members to enjoy their workouts in a safe and clean environment. Staff are extremely nice and greet and help any members in need of reaching their goals and what they want to achieve.
Great work guys!

Do not join this gym. They started charging me fees months after I finished my contract and now refuse to refund my money.

I told their member to put my membership on hold. They didn’t do it. Then, I talk to manager he told me. Yes, it was our staff mistake. You have 1 month membership left and also get 2 weeks free. Then, i said him that’s alright. Then, when I reach to gym and tell that to one of staff. She said no he didn’t did it, I said that it’s wrong it’s better to end my membership. She said alright. After a month I start getting mails for overdue amount. By god grace, I didn’t keep all my money in that card. And, that’s how they stole my money of 1 month of membership.

Ahhh…You replied me that I gave 1 star rating to many business. First of all, it’s my right to review what I felt. And, I gave honest rating. Because I want people to see reviews and take right decisions. To be really true. You are not an honest owner. You messed up with my membership payment. You don’t even know how your staff messed up and you are telling me. Stop looting people and I suggest member of this gym to check your statement if you are with this gym. They are the best thieves in Maroubra…Even, I checked your profile most of the 5 star ratings is from your ex and present employees. Guys check the lowest ratings. And, there excuse are manager is changed now. WTF… I

Loved the gym but not the receptionist. I usually train at Snap Zetland and Snap Kensington so I wanted to check out snap Maroubra. At the other snaps they usually take our temperature (to make sure we have no fever) as soon as we enter so as I entered the maroubra snap, I asked the receptionist if he needed to check my temperature. He was on the phone and he said to me rudely that he was on the phone and waved me off. I know generally to not talk to people when they are on the phone but I was used to having my temperature taken by Snap receptionists at other branches (Zetland and Kensington) as they would be talking to other members or doing something else (basically multitasking so that people entering don’t have to wait in que). So I Know it was wrong of me to ask a question when he was on the phone but he could have handled it better. It was my first time at that beautiful gym and he made me feel bad and unwelcome. The plus side is that my anger towards him fuelled my workout.

As per my contract it clearly states that that Snap Fitness will not disclose my personal details with any third party entities however, I found out via social media group discussions that the person who I signed up at the gym with was helping a group of thieves steal from me with the signature I used to sign up for my membership. That is highly illegal so Snap Fitness can expect nothing from me but some criminal charges and I will be suing for BIG money. Disgusting

The Gym itself and staffs are nearly flawless, always clean, Air con'd.
But Contract wise, especially on the exit part, I find the company extremely greedy, even threaten to 3rd party debt collecting. Started from a dated credit card, late reply, entrance card barred, refuse to pay for the service never received. In result, the staff in Maroubra Snap helped me to resolve the issue. Very mix feeling through out my 3 years membership.

I would highly recommend this gymn because there is a variety of machines, it’s very clean and tidy, and the staff there are more than happy to help you if you have any question or need some assistance especially from Lucky and Rod who are amazing and always keep me motivated. It’s a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. There is off street parking And there is pacific square Shopping centre right across the road which is very convenient. I give the gym a 10/10.

My son just joined Snap Fitness Maroubra. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The equipment and changing rooms are clean which was a priority to us because of the environment with COVID. I feel very comfortable with my son attending the gym as the staff are always there to help and actually look out for their customers. I would highly recommend this gym.
