Very lively experience here at this gym. Nice and spacious gym with excellent and clean equipment

Amazing gym. Massive with plenty of spare equipment, where even with like 20 people it still feels like you have the gym all to yourself. Even has a massive personal parking lot out back with cameras to watch your cars for security. Information posters along all walls, a supply store for your fitness boosters like protein, spare bathrooms with lockers and sinks and mirrors in each one to give you plenty of privacy if you have gut problems, and showers that are well kept.
The reality is this gym deserves 6 stars, but I can accept giving it 5 since there are no gym fans covering the cardio equipment.

The best thing about this gym is the cleanliness and friendly staff. Both of the guys on reception were super helpful and easy to talk to which made me feel super welcome. I also love the layout of the gym and quality of the equipment.

An abundant of machines, super friendly staff and a very clean men’s and women’s facility. Would recommend to everyone in the area.

I joined this gym thinking it would be different compared to other gyms. I cant lie this gym is very clean and well organised but there was a bunch of kids just walking around talking and staring at people. They would walk and then stop and pose, some kids even took their shirt off, but I realised something, the owners were saying you’re not allowed to do that but one of their OWN pt’s would do the same thing but he’s allowed to do it for some reason. The owners are very rude especially the blonde lady and guy that twitches. I’ve seen the way he spoke to people and one time a kid was standing there and he goes to the kid “did you take too much prework out or something, stand still” that just disgusted me. Overall it’s a clean gym but the people there are not it. Overpriced too, has the bare minimum of machinery and not enough plates to deadlift. They literally had 2 25kg plates.

The gym is definetly worth it. Staff are very friendly and the gym is kept very clean. Not only is the gym clean but training in here is always a vibe.

The cleanest gym I have ever been to. The staff Lamees and Rachel are amazing and welcoming. Great location and the equipment is next level! Thankyou for such an amazing gym experience. Love coming here. Highly recommended!

Have just started going to this gym. The staff are friendly and helpful. Due to the current situation, they wipe the equipment down often, as well as providing large tubs of wipes, so you are able to wipe the equipment you use yourself, before and after your work out. Reasonably priced and they have a month by month option also, so you aren't locked into a year or two year contract.
Highly recommend.

The gym is great and the staff are great and friendly, overall the gym is spacious for everyone to train and also it’s very clean and always looked after, also the shakes are amazing, I’d recommend the peanut butter shake it goes off 10/10

Excellent gym, great fit-out, all the right machines, staff are super helpful with a great community spirit in the gym and lots of onsite parking available.highly recommend this gym for those on the look out for a high calibre fitness centre at an affordable price.

I went to this gym as a casual visit and now I'm a member and left plus fitness to join this incredible gym. The owners are honest amazing people who make you feel so welcomed from the get go, the equipment is state of the art like just left me speechless especially because I am a gym junkie and I just loved the good vibe there overall. Very clean gym and always smells amazing

Best gym and best gym owners. The classes and the trainer's doing the classes are amazing. There's even a creche for the little ones. Never joined a gym that makes me want to go to the gym. It's has a fantastic atmosphere with great equipment. I highly recommend it.

Best gym in the Southern Hemisphere (I'd say the northern too but haven't tried any on that side of the world). Lamees goes out of her way to make this place amazing. Clean, friendly, welcoming, No egos, best equipment. Doesn't get much better!

Has everything I needed, easily acessable, main road entrance and rear ample parking, open floor gym layout (no claustrophobia here), comfortable equipment that didn't feel like it was going to snap (no pun intended). But most importantly clean toilets! And a friendly environment amongst other members, no ego and intimidation.

Trained here the other day, very open plan, clean floors, equipment was comfortable, no creeps.

I’m glad a new gym has opened up in the area. It’s got state of the art gym equipment to ensure you get a great workout & is spacious enough for everyone to workout in peace!

The staff a friendly and attentive. Always greet you with a smile and almost feel like family.

The co-owner Lamees is such a passionate woman with a vision to make this gym really stand out amongst its competitors by making it feel like a non judgemental place where people can workout, enjoy each other’s company, make new friends and get quality health & fitness advice!

I can’t wait to see where this gym community goes!
