This gym have all equipment for full body workout also staffs are very kindhearted and help me in any field so must visit this gym. Thanks

Honestly not that good of a gym, had to wait over 45 minutes for the staff to open the door

Snap Fitness provides an exceptional fitness experience. The gym offers modern equipment, a clean environment, and great customer service. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. With 24/7 access and nice location, Snap Fitness is definitely my favourite gym to train at.

Been going to this gym for 2 years now, and never had an issue with either the staff or any of the equipment. Gym is always kept in a clean condition, with friendly and welcoming staff who are always available to help.

In the years I've held a gym membership, I have not come across poor communication upon joining a gym. The sign up process is via a tablet 'docusign' style process which regurgitates generic legal jargon but doesn't actually state important membership details like contract start/end dates, when payments will be debited, transaction fees and other important membership details. They provide you with a postcard with gym membership types/costs but nothing tells you about other charges until you start seeing unexpected debit values on your account.

The air con sometimes doesn't work so it can be really stuffy and hot inside as no ventilation

In non staffed hours hoards of non gym members (don't have an access card) are let into the gym by members who are clearly not there to work out and get in the way of legitimate members whilst making alot of noise and being a general nuisance.

Finding parking is difficult at the times you want to work out, especially after work evenings and most hours weekends.

They've also installed motion sensor activated air freshers which are supremely irritating and also burn your eyes.

Good range of equipment. Always have abundance of wipes and hand sanitiser. Great for me as i normally visit off peak period and hardly anyone. Peak period gets busy but still enough of equipment to use

Small but the staff more than make up for it
There kind and caring nature makes members feel encouraged to go
Plus idk why but there water is literally the best and they have good prices

I’ve been going to Snap for the past month and I can confidently say I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else, the equipment is very easy to use, and staff are always ready to help out. The monthly challenges are my absolute favorite!

Snap fitness is the best gym in the hills district. The staff are all friendly and the PT's are very knowledgeable and kind. Top qualiyy gym

Great quality gym for an affordable price. The people are open and very happy to help or answer any questions. If you are serious about getting fit this is a perfect place to do it.

Very friendly staff, great equipment. A very good community and everyone’s helping each other out and even due to the small size you get everything needed to work out. It’s great for beginners and experienced would recommend.
