Paid 100 to get my car cleaned and the inside is still very dirty, could have done a better job myself absolutely ridiculous

Always does an incredible job. Looks like a brand new car when I drive away.
And the staff are always very friendly and kind

I was disappointed with snap the scratched my windscreen, I know this because I picked up my car in the daylight went to my daughters left about 530 evening got in my car all the headlights were turn off I notified snap about the scratch after I left snap car wash.
I confronted snap his was very agitated I was lucky I had the security guard with me photos of screen to manager, they proceeded to say we haven’t got photos then. I replied they were sent to the manager who sent the receipt, now the phone is disconnected so I sent photos to the other number haven’t heard a thing.one worker turned on the wiper by accident but didn’t how to turn them off meanwhile wiper scratched the screen.

Just got a $70 car wash detail done, and it was well worth every single dollar, inside and outside was sparkling.

Avoid at all costs. Water mark everywhere, inside of the door still dusty, chipped paint, bird poo residual still on the window, paid extra for tar and insect removal, still find tree saps and insect. The absolute worst of all, STOLE CHANGE FROM MY CAR.

Snap Car Wash at Narellan were absolutely amazing, I was able to drop the car off then head on into work for a few hours and by the time I finished work our car was ready.
They were very professional and our car looked brand new inside and out.

I use this service for wash and wax my brand new car. After I went home noticed a ding on the passenger rear door and rang them no one bothered to answer my call. I called again next day morning and the same and left a voice message and no response either. I went directly to car wash and asked about it and they didn’t care my issue and asked to come for next to check the video footage and they only care about the next customer. I will never use this service again

Guy was attending was super rude to me, He said we are busy come back in the evening… its sound like no respect at all… i didn’t recommended at all in this place for washing your car.i told him to call your manager and he said he is busy unable to attend you.please guys think one more time before you plan to visit Sanp car wash at Narellan… very bad and rude behaviour from Jatinder Gregory Hills

$120 to wash the outside of a van 2 front seats.
What an absolute rip! No wax or polish.
If people didn’t know better they would pay $120 for a wash that actually cost $50-60
