E Toll tag was snapped off windscreen and coincidentally had a scam SMS from linkt next morning at 4am

I do not recommend this car wash. Tried to quote me $200 for hatch back for a service advertised for $99 for sedans. After negotiating to $140 they then broke the side mirror on my car which I now have to pay to get repaired. Will never return

If I could give no stars I would.

They destroyed the plastics in a brand new car then told me it wasn’t there fault used black polish on clear plastic like that would make a difference seriously

Bangs on how he’s worked there 10yrs but couldn’t tell me what product the use
Then argues with me about it’s not his fault again

Dropped my car off at 9am, only to return at 12noon and they are still cleaning the car and because I told him am not happy.the guy actually refuse to wash my other car.very arrogant in his approach. I have been using this car wash since the days of uber car wash.

The price of having my car washed has increased by approximately 40% since the pandemic, however it takes three hours to wash a small car and while the car is cleaner than when I dropped it off, it's still dirty. This has been the case on the last two occasions I have used this business.

Friendly staff good price great job. I take my work car here and it’s pretty filthy everytime.great job on time wouldn’t hesitate taking my brand new fortuner here all care taken. Great place!

After a disappointing 1st time, snap did a redo. Much better job, boot nice and clean, wheels clean and I can see through the windscreen, thankyou.

Possibly the best result I’ve ever had with a car wash before. I was so impressed by how great the clean was I now won’t use anybody else. Not to mention how easy it was to drop it off go do my shopping and then come back to a clean car. Highly recommend Thanks so much

Rip off. They don't even bother to take their headphones out when talking to you, so it's difficult to actually discuss the work to be done. They completely disregard the pricing menu and try to overcharge any chance they get. I've been here a few times, tried to give them a chance, but get burnt every time.
Don't waste your time.

Good service did a good clean but there was missed opportunity, tbh I wash cars as apart of been an apprentice and was too lazy to do my own. Payed $60; and was told it was a full clean door jams and interior vacuum and wipe down, only the drivers door was cleaned properly under the wiper blades was not shamed. Considering that I do a service at that includes clean vacuum andand everyth from $160 I feel a bit ripped off. But for convenience sake it's ok.

Told the guys at Lake Haven that my car was still dirty and they didn't care. Paid $60 to reclean my car at home after!
I have photos to prove car was dirty on pickup and have sent these off to Snap carwash Facebook page. Have also told all my friends and family to steer clear.

Brilliant service. Helped out a mate who had a flat battery and they provided a jump start without hesitation. Amazing service even those who just needed a helping hand
