SNAP Car Wash

I’ve been coming to this car wash on and off for years. Last time we weren’t satisfied with the amount of product they left in the car and there was some water inside that should have been dried before they handed it back.
We spoke to management and they offered us a free wash, I arrived on the day and realised I didn’t have my key card but they helped me through the process and did my Tesla while I waited.
The staff are friendly, and willing to help even if it means taking up some of their own time.
Things happen and it’s how you respond that counts.
Very happy with the outcome and would still recommend 5/5.

The windows were barely touched, there was water in my cup holders and the dash was somehow sticky

Good washing up for a car that regularly gets washing. Due to the car washing area under the roof, inadequate lighting gives wrongful assessment of the washed car. Only after driving outside the mall did I notice some areas that weren't cleaned.

Had my car washed and cleaned on the inside. They did an amazing job! Highly recommend them.

Chose to have my car washed here because of the convenience of having shopping done at the same time. A huge mistake. At first glance it was quite clean and shiny so I drove away. Half way home found the sunroof as pictured. Wait there’s more. I keep a two dollar coin in the console just in case I needed to use ALDI trolleys. I checked for valuables before leaving the car and it was there. After I got the car it was gone! Guess someone decided to tip themselves when they didn’t even do the job properly. It’s called theft people!

Excellent experience, worked to the time frame as stated, car beautiful- magic difference, friendly and helpful staff.

Terrible! Paid $200 for my Jeep to be cleaned. Still marks on it (that you can’t see until you get out in the sun) and they’ve damaged my paint in the seam of the boot. They won’t take any responsibility or compensation for damage. Don’t waste your money.

Did a good job but they did miss a couple of spots. Where I was disappointed the most was although I was upsold to the "full detail" (the sign says for reselling your vehicle). Nothing was done under the bonnet. This, apparently is an extra, so I don't know what a full detail is.

Overpriced in my opinion, ended up paying a fortune for our car to be cleaned, ended up with a wet shiny mess. The whole car was wet inside, still not dry after a day, and even though it was soaked with water, it still wasn't clean, as my jeans ended up with muddy stains on the knees just from buckling my kids in after the wash, so either the water was dirty or they didn't clean it very well. Doesn't even seem like they attempted to dry it at all. Staff are non-existent, there is no order to it, you're just lucky if you find someone to help you, and don't even bother waiting inside at the shop, there's noone there. Cleaning on the dash and similar areas was only half done, with some areas not touched at all, and everything else looking so greasy like they just wiped over everything with an oily rag. Nor impressed at all, waste of time and money.

I asked them to get my little mazda 323 as close to brand new as humanly possible. I returned to find they came pretty damn close! Definitely the best it's looked in the 12 years that I've owned it. Nice work gentlemen!

Used Snap for the first time yesterday, did a fantastic job and the staff were very friendly, would definitely use them again

Disgraceful service and care. My car was DAMAGED during the interior detailing. The info system is now not working due to overuse of moisture & quote is over $2,000 to have it replaced. My driver electrical window system was also damaged through moisture. The staff and management are extremely rude, totally unprofessional & damage your car without any care or consequence. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!

So disappointed, I had my car washed and vacuumed and now my window tint on 2 windows has been ruined. Took my car back to show them knowing that they wouldn't care and they were very rude and brushed me off.
I would not recommend this place to anyone

Absolutely terrible
Greasy finger prints, so much dust left over and leaves and spider webs still remaining. What a waste of money.

Came back next day to complain about the service and the guy was being rude at me, giving me excuses like the vaccumm hose is too big for small areas, even after complaining he had the audacity to turn his back and say "oh my god", so disrespectful!
Do not recommend to anyone.

When cleaning evidence off your vehicle try to remember to remove it from inside as well. Mother is gonna disown me.

I am totally unhappy with the cleaning results. Marks where not cleaned properly. There were many spots which were not even wiped and I had to give another good wipes by myself. Was simply waste of my money.
