After aus post lost my order, Tara refunded me the whole amount and re sent the order to me for free which was so nice of her to do. The freeze dried candy is so good! Will shop here again for sure.

Emailed after I messed up my order, took a couple days to reply but once I got contact it was such a quick response and my order was fixed up real quick! Delivery has always been super quick too! Thanks again Tara for all your help!

Customer service way above & beyond, super friendly company & great products with fair pricing. Had an issue with my order & its delivery, explained to them it was ordered for a party & was really needed. Not only did they personally drive down to the post office that day and express post a new order they even provided some extra's. Now that's good old Aussie service. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to use this company. Thank you so much.

I am missing most of my items, and the ones that did come were a different size. I am very disappointed, as this was a gift for my partner who misses American food.

The crew at Snackezy are absolutely incredible always making everyone so welcome, constantly getting new stock in and new snacks to try! Recently tried the freeze dried lollies and they are absolutely amazing! Tara puts absolutely everything into this shop and it truly is amazing, will never stop shopping there for my lollies and snacks!

30 mins ago I made a purchase and messed up the order BIG TIME! I sent an email straight away to the email address provided and within 10 mins had Tara contacting me about getting my order fixed up!

One of the only places in Australia that had the product I was looking for. Included a little bonus in my order which was fantastic. Be warned that there are some pretty drastic delivery delays at the moment though so don't order if you're in a hurry.

Ordered my OMG bars about 3wks ago and am PATIENTLY (well trying to be).

But they were pre order and the lady did say they would be sent when they were avail.

Yes some of the products can be expensive but you need to remember it's imported food.if you can't afford it, don't buy it!
Yes there can be small mistakes but they contact quite quickly. Every business makes mistakes!
Honestly the only issue I have is that the store isn't close enough to me to buy the frozen food:)

I ordered five OMG bars, was a bit of a wait which was all clearly explained beforehand and so worth the wait! Now I wish I ordered 50 instead of 5! All gone, so quickly I didn’t even get a pic! Huge chocolate bar, reminds me so much of what I used to eat during high school. I’ve just gone in and bought more on pre-order! Happy to pay and wait because it is worth the wait! Yum!

Wouldn’t recommend.you won’t get the items you originally order then you’ll be lied to about being sent out the correct items! I’ve seen it plenty of times - she’ll tell us all she’s a 2 man team and it’s hard blah blah then when there is an issue she all of a sudden has packers that have made the mistakes? Lol I can’t keep up.

Delivery was quick, initially no response to my email, but after seeing my review on the wrong items being delivered they did contact me to resolve the issue.

I bought off this lady as and a previous reviewer said she buys her review. She made me delete mine once b4. I am a or was a customer, but also my friend who bought off her also left a bad review and she was being told to delete it if she expects her money back. And she was quite horrible about it. Please be aware before buying that there's no bad reviews because she doesn't allow there to be on fb as she can control it better. I was going to buy again and give another go as mistakes happen but then saw the exchange between her and another customer and was quite horrified.
