Smiths Pest Control provided me with
1. Building and Pest Inspection and,
2. A much needed spraying of the house for cockroaches after purchase.

The details of the building inspection were clearly explained to me and flexibly organized to suit my desired day. All observations were compiled and summarized in a clear report which allowed me to assess my situation carefully and proceed with peace of mind.

Jacob's knowledge showed when he was able to pick out vulnerabilities in the building's envelope (to infestation by termites), and quickly point out effective home protection systems vs poor ones that one would be wise to stay away from. You can tell someone knows their craft when they literally smell the cockroaches before they can see them!

As for the subsequent cockroach spray, the house was completely roach-free after a single treatment. This was a huge relief and I am very impressed with the result.

Will happily keep using Smiths for future pest control and home protection solutions.

We recently booked our place to be sprayed and was very happy with Smith's Pest Control. Would recommend them if your looking for a professional and prompt service.

Smith's pest control are experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. After initially contacting Craig to reapply a barrier treatment, he identified that the existing treatment was not to an appropriate standard. He suggested a monitoring system that was more effective and cheaper than a barrier treatment. He has also done general pest services for me - I rarely see a cockroach these days.

Have used Smiths for years now. They treated our home after we discovered termites swarming out of our tree. They detected an infestation in the house (and tree), treated it and also installed terminals as an ongoing preventative. Always on time, great service and I suspect they saved us tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars in damage. Highly recommend. They're also excellent for treating rodents, spiders, ants and cockroaches.
