I have been going here since I was a toddler - am now 35. Have met a few faces along the way and now with Dr Keyworth I find he is pleasant and knowledgable. Can always get in within a week or so.

Dr Laura Shane is an incredible GP who is very knowledgeable about pregnancy. She is warm, accomodating and makes you feel heard. I feel very supported by her during this pregnancy.

Dr Keyworth, I would like to know why you allowed my mother to lie to me about having stage 4 breast cancer for 30 years? Why did she not receive the appropriate psychiatric care when diagnosed with schizophrenia and ficticious disorder? I am 47 years old. Trafficked since age 2. I'm tired, my family is tired. We would like to begin healing. She breaks our order of protection then texts my lawyer to tell him. Please order her to take her medication please.

A friend saw Dr Jamie Leong, and I am left appalled by the unprofessionalism and complete disregard for peoples feelings that this doctor has. Lack of interest, lack of compassion and lack of empathy for what she does. I Cannot for the life of me understand why someone like this would want to be a doctor.

My consult with Jamie Tran was definitely the most horrible and uncomfortable consult I’ve ever received. After making me feel irrelevant and annoying during the session, she then refused to perform a in house test as she “didn’t want to” and made me go elsewhere. After that, she had prescribed me medication that was out of stock in almost every chemist, to which the pharmacist told me she was unsure why she did that as it’s known to be out of stock of months. I will not be returning to Jamie ever again, I have been going to smith street my whole life and have never experienced such neglectful healthcare. Strongly advise to see a different practitioner as Jamie as 0 compassion, care, or energy to deal with the sensitivity of her patients.

On Last Visit where I normally get Bulk Build they sent me a Message saying I Owed $140. When I rang they said been Charging since September, and signs Everywhere. But I had a Carer with me and there was no Signs that we Saw and No Notifications sent Out. Don't think I should Pay.

They really need to get their wait times sorted. Waiting over 45 minutes for an appointment is not good enough.

Can’t get a doctor that will stick around for more than a few months, have been with the practice over 4 years and had over 8 different doctors.over an hour wait and they don’t tell you it will be that long so don’t come if you have other things to do that day. Doctor rushes you through your appointment usually and the reception staff are less than friendly.

Really disappointed, my daughter and I attended an appointment that I booked for myself today and I asked the doctor for a referral for my daughter and I was charged double. We are both on the pension because, my daughter has autism and I'm her carer and we were charged $100

Normally I would give this practice 5 stars and 99% of the time I am happy, however today I had a Telehealth appointment with Dr Rodney Watson and was left feeling humiliated and ashamed for reaching out for help. Females stay away, he made no attempt in getting to know my circumstances and made me feel silly. A little bit of kindness would go a long way, especially if you don’t know someone’s situation.

Posting my honest review treatment was withdraw predictable response only been asking these questions for a year,

Called to make an appointment for my 13 year old child on Tuesday and asked numerous times if they bulk bill, specifically for children under 16 which the receptionist went and checked and came back and said yes. Found out this information was incorrect at the appointment and even spoke to the doctor about it, who said they cannot go around just bulk billing everyone.
Called and spoke to the practice manager this morning and she was extremely short on the phone, I explained the situation and thanked the young receptionist who told me she would get it sorted for me after I had become extremely upset when I was told I needed to pay. The practice manager was nothing but rude and I said we would not return if their policy was not to bulk bill for children, she basically just hung up on me. I had not raised my voice, I spoke in a calm manner.
This may be a nice practice for others but unfortunately that was not our experience because I am not able to afford to pay.

Great place, wonderful staff. Would highly recommend to anyone that was in search of a new practice.

Thank you dr miller great bloke works hard and deals with a system in nsw health that functions below what would be ideal.to most of the girls who work in reception do a lovely job and sometimes in a tough position youll find most of them to be incredibly helpful same with the Nurses. On the numeroud ocassion i have had to call most have been outstanding. Thank you Dean Miller your worth every cent and more. I would also like to Mention the work of dr Alex hes young and new to the practice but he has good manor and is Attentive to his patients he listens to the patient and still manages to put his view across from a medical perspective alot of older doctors could learn alot from him We welcome you to the practice as you are great addition to it.

Regularly take mum here for check ups.

Reception staff are ruining the image and reputation of this -once upon a time- good clinic.

Warning ️ your health condition may deteriorate because of the utter idiocy of non-medical personal in this clinic.

Go to AppleTree Medical Practice in the Health Square, although always busy, they are absolutely pleasant to deal with.

Disgusting that you guys refused to see a sick baby, absolutely disgusting! I'm taking this matter further and if anything happens to my son I shall sue you for everything including your license!

Don't go there. I went there and they mixed my name up with other patients, so when I called for my test results they couldn't help me because I had the wrong date of birth. Even though it was my urine they tested. Stay away.

Such friendly service. I had such a fantastic experience. Friendly front desk, the doctor I saw was very interested in me as a person and looked into my needs as an individual. Not just for the ailment I came in for but other conditions I had already been diagnosed for and just looked into things that she could do for me. I was pleasantly surprise at such genuine service I had to write a review!
