We are very happy with the service we have received here over the last 5 years. The staff are just amazing.

TODAY MY DAUGHTER APPOINTMENT WAS 16: 00h, she came 16: 20h, and they charged us $50. The CLINIC SMILES AND FACES under Dr. CHANG treated us INVALUABLE CUSTOMER, and yet they MADE BIG MISTAKE by DEDUCTING $200’sh in my account and yet I’VE PAID CASH for the FULL TREATMENT of my DAUGHTER’s BRACES. The first month was good all the while I paid cash the full treatment of my daughter which is $16T, then after a while the company was deducting $200’sh on my account, I was disappointed and was so mad of these big error they made into my account, they felt very very sorry of that BIG MISTAKE, I accepted fully their apology, However, we had 2 times cancelled appointments and I was not aware of it that we will be fine for $50 of not show up, I explained to them that I am a single mum and I work full time that it’s very hard for me as a mother an errand of all household chores. BUT THESE COMPANY HAS NO MERCY, most of the times my daughter arrived early, but they never see her AT EXACTLY THE TIME SHE HAS TO BE SEEN, but only LATE for 20 minutes, THEY ALREADY CHARGE ME $50, this is RIDICULOUS, I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THESE CLINIC AT ALL, if I know I never ever come to these clinic, that the staff in RECEPTION AND IN THE ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT DONT KNOW t WHAT THEYRE DOING, they don’t carefully check, WHAT IF I DONT CHECK MY BANK ACCOUNTS, it’s really a big MISTAKE,

I never had to worry about the appointments for my child and what I needed to do. They were available, as needed, even between appointments and were always able to fit us in, if needed.

I have had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Chang twice for braces now. Unfortunately I didn't keep up with my retainers the first time around resulting in issues. The team has made me feel comfortable everytime. I can not recommend them enough.

Smiles and faces has been amazing through the whole process of my daughter getting and having braces. Every time we go there for check ups they are warm and friendly and help her feel relaxed. They have always been helpful and encouraging and even wished her a happy birthday on her birthday when we went for a check up. They also showed interest in what was going on for her at school etc.we are very thankful for smiles and faces.

Where do I start with what is so great with Smiles and Orthodontist,

1st off, there's always smile to be seen at Smiles and Orthodontist whether it's from the patients or the staff.

2nd My son was 9 when he first started his treatment here, he's now 12 and he's not as scared as he used to be as they are so good with him, especially with having Autism.

3, they know their patients, and that isn the best highlight I think, they saw you as part of the family, not just as number, they are always willing to go that extra mile for their customers,

Love the fact, they have Payment plans, without that I think his teeth would have been waiting alot longer.thank you <3
