We love this shop normally but there is one staff member who is extremely rude and unprofessional which makes it a very unpleasant experience when she is working.

This store locates very convenient location in Castle hill.

A various of kids stuffs can be found and well displayed in this store. A staff was helpful and friendly.

Been served by an extremely rude blond lady on 2nd January 2022 at 11am. No manners to guide the customer. Very unethical service.

They saw me check in then they ask for it again. They need to employ competent people at this store

Extremely poor and rude service, staff member couldn’t even be bothered to look up from what they were doing when i asked if they had a different design available. To top it off two staff were talking to each other and swore in front of my 6yo.

Lots of new stock, heaps of specials and the shop assistant (Renee) was super helpful. Really impressed!

Horrible refund policy, they make it very difficult to return and get your money back, be warned

Staff are unhelpful, they stay behind the counter, my daughter had to help another customer find what they were looking for. Also, don't bother trying to take stuff back for a refund, I just tried to return an unwanted Xmas pressie, and was refused because they cut off all refunds after the 6th Jan! Won't even provide a store credit. Not impressed.
