Absolute looting, many items marked under offer are just tags to attract customers but in reality none of those are really. Even there was buy 2 and get 1 free but after billing it was not true after it was picked from the section where they had advertised.

It's okay. Super friendly and helpful service. Most items are backpacks, lunch bags and boxes and drink bottles. Not a great deal of stationary anymore.

Very bad customer service, rude impolite and not helpful to the customers

I absolutely loved my experience at smiggle. The stationery items bags everything they sell are just absolutely joy generating. I being a mom feel like a kid in a candy store when I go to smiggle so it's very obvious kids would just love getting their very own smiggle bag packs and other school items. They have gorgeous whimsical yet stylish designs for girls and boys. And I love how they have school bundle packages for every age. The quality is great. Price is a bit up there but considering the design and quality my personal opinion is it's ok. They do put up sales and discounts which is probably a good time to do purchases from here if you want to save up on your spendings. Definitely do check the store out and their website to see all the products and deals.

I bought a locked diary for boy including an invisible ink pen that did not work. I returned the pen and was given another good one in a flash

Very bad service. I asked the lady how much something was and she just gave a dirty. I hate smiggle. So stupid.

My children stood outside until 9.15am shop still didn't open but girls inside found it funny to look and wave at my daughters and still not open their doors
