Horrible company - never again, the carrier they used wrecked my car's undercarriage, neither of the involved parties are prepared to take responsibility - please do not use these people.

Very friendly costumer service. I got my cars (/1Toyota Camry and Mazda3) carried from Sydney to Perth with this Transport. They arrived one week late but no damage to the cars at all. I would recommend not to be confused about their service. They also have plenty of car prks within their premise and ensure full security untill they are picked up.

Appreciate there service but would never use again
When I picked the car up
- the battery was flat
- the key had been snapped
- the centre console was opened & rummaged through
- the fuel cap had been locked (even though i don’t have a key for it & it had never been locked before)

It’s been over a week & I’ve still not heard back from them

Smooth transfer from Sydney to Perth, but took so long which we already know. Very affordable and car came without any scratch.

Drop off if my car in Perth was great, no dramas there, apart from telling me it would have an ETA in Brisbane, 3-4 days later than originally anticipated!
Communication with regards to where my car was located was a little light on!
Company could have told me that it was going to be nearly 2 weeks after I dropped off my car, that it would then leave for Brisbane!
Probably could have driven it faster across the country!
Pickup day was a shambles in Brisbane
Office looked like a bomb had hit it!
Keys everywhere, staff members lacking!
Meet by 2 truck drivers 1st both told me the lady too talk too was over there somewhere, waited 20 mins plus to meet the person I needed to see, for her to then spend another 20mins scrambling to located my car keys!
All and all a mixed experience, but thankful my car arrived undamaged, unlike some others have experienced, just a bit dusty and dirty, but you get that, when it’s traveled across the nation from Perth to Brisbane!

Car arrived about two weeks late.
When we picked it up it was covered in old tape (used to tape the boot down apparently). The tape damaged, chipped and scratched the paintwork and took a long time to remove.

If I could give it zero stars I would. If you are looking to use SMB, please do not. A quoted timeline of 5-10 days has turned into 30 days. No communication, no apologies. The absolute worst customer experience I have had unfortunately.

Everything went as was explained. The car arrived from Perth 5 days earlier than expected. In all a great result. Much easier to deal with than the last crew we used. Thanks again.

First rate job I have no problem recommending this company to anyone Thinking of transporting there vehicles, must admit it took me off guard when me pride and joy arrived way earlier than expected. Cheers. 1 large boat, LandCruiser, truck and 20 ft container to go.

For the delivery of my car from Perth to Brisbane, it was quick and efficient with good communications. Everything was delivered intact.

Good price for a car moving from SA to Sydney. Dates slipped for delivery hence the 4 stars. Otherwise it was delivered safe and with avg communication.

Friendly blokes knew their job, at drop off was told to expect a delayed delivery but was delivered ahead of time. Expectations exceeded, at pick up in Brisbane the young man was friendly and helpful and I'm pretty sure he knew which car I was collecting as he said to me black Hilux spot on deserves a beer. On whole the process was simple quick and easy, keep up the good work fellows.

I would 100% recommend SMB. When my circumstances changed, they booked it as urgent and got it to me quicker than originally organised. I can't thank them enough. Everyone I dealt with from the company, including the truck driver were so courteous and helpful.

Took my car in to a Brisbane depot on a Thursday. And it was delivered to the Perth depot less than a week later! Very very impressive! I have used these guys several times and their customer service is always of the highest standards. Highly recommend!

Very easy to deal with and book transport.
They took the time to walk me through the process and find me times so that the vehicle sat in the depot for as little time as possible.

We will be using them again.
