I called Smartsealed for a leak detection on my balcony. The guy who came out not only detected leaks from my tiles but my planter box too.
After receiving my quote I was happy to accept it.
I am very happy to now be sitting on my balcony that is clean and looks new.
I would recommend this company for leak detection's and balcony seals as it is fixed the first time.

Morris was very professional. He fixed an ongoing issue with my leaking ceiling and wouldn't give up until the issue was fixed. Would definitely recommend his services.

I used SmartSealed for my leaking shower and balcony. When organising my on-site inspection it was easy and the girls in the office were so polite and patient when informing me about my inquiries. The two men who did my job had a professional attire. They were on time and cleaned up after the job was done.
Both the shower and balcony have stopped leaking. Quite happy with the quality of work.

Perfect jobs. Our 2 bathrooms were leaking for 6 months despite our tilers fixed them multiple times. Smartsealed provided great quality workmanship and service, they went above and beyond to have our leaking issues fixed. We would definitely recommend them. Thank you for your awesome work

Customer service from Samantha was APPALLING. Requested inspection via SMS at 4: 11pm for the next morning without ample notice!
Expecting us to accommodate to their timing and when turned down with alternative timings, she wrote to realtor to make false claims that her calls were not answered nor returned when phone rang for 3 seconds and left no voicemail. Not as if we are best of pals, I would NOT call back numbers unknown to me even if they are missed. If urgent, callers tend to call back which in this instance, NONE. Furthermore, an email to management and realtor to say they are too busy to accommodate to the many alternative timings said enough of the customer journey.

Threatened lawsuit based upon my poor review and demanded that I remove my thumbs up on their other low ratings by others is jaw dropping.

Have yet to use the services therefore cannot comment. My rating is purely based upon my unpleasant encounter with Sam. It’s a shame to have such a frontline staff to represent the company.

Smartsealed did repair the leak to my shower but it now looks horrendous! The ground tiles have something leaching out from underneath and the white sealant is running onto the tiles. The contact lady is rude and will not pass on my request to the owner/boss. I will be taking Smartsealed to Fair trading if they don’t respond. Please regardless of the reviews don’t use them for shower repairs.

I had my balcony fixed and the leak had stopped. Even in the heavy rain, there isn't any leak. We are very happy with the services and would highly recommend the services.

Job Well Done
I am on the executive committee in a block of 38 units in Homebush. We had multiple leaking issues from the tiled roof top areas and bathrooms.
Smartsealed price was very reasonable compared to what we were quoted from others
They gave us 1 technician to work with full time which was very convenient to have
We have had no issues whatsoever after the heavy rain and I highly recommend them to other strata's and committee members as they will work with you and all your needs.

If I could give you minus stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. The WORST company I have EVER dealt with. Now I know why other people have complained about the woman who works for this rabble - she needs training in customer service skills to say the very least.
Would not even come out and look at the problem, asked me to send photos and then quoted my real estate agent based on photos alone.
Work was carried out and as instructed I did not use shower for over 24 hours. When I did, a crack appeared in the glass. Worker had obviously chipped the frame and glass whilst digging out grout. Sent photos to real estate advising of the problem.
To top it all off received this lovely text message to my phone (word for word) :
"Hello Smartsealed here you almost got away with it
Lucky for the company we take after photos of showers
To accuse a technician of breaking your shower screen – how dare you!
Good luck trying to explain this lie to your landlord and agent"

Their photo taken was not clear enough to show the small crack and indent damage in the frame. Obviously when the hot water hit the glass it spread to form a very visible crack. No point in getting them to look at the damage, they didn't even come out in the first place.
I will be telling everyone to avoid this pathetic excuse for a company at all costs. Damn right rude and very unprofessional.
Oh and BTW you've lost any future work for this estate agent too.

Highly recommended. I've done my research and they've been around for over 20 years. I had my large balcony leaking into my lounge and 3 different people who quoted wanted to "smash the tiles" which I didn't want to do. Smartsealed had a unique method where they waterproofed and tiled on top of my existing tiles. It is now solid and no leaks whatsoever for half the price and time, with the same warranty!

Smartsealed would have to be the best trade I have ever had do work in my house. Everything they promised was delivered. Very happy with customer service, over all job including price and most of all my balcony leak has stopped after the heavy rain

Fantastic and very relieved
After spending thousands of dollars on building and engineer reports for a leaking balcony. The technician from Smartsealed was the ONLY one who detected our leak after four years of frustration
I have held off from writing this review for 6 months as I wanted to be sure the leak had stopped.

Wonderful job again!
I got my shower sealed by smartsealed in 2007 and it still not leaking even after the warranty period expired!
Had my balcony sealed this week and the leak has stopped from that as well.
Very pleased with this company.
