Our move from the Northern Beaches to the Southern Highlands went really smoothly. Thanks to the team at Smart Moves, we highly recommend them.

An excellent experience. The office was always readily accessible with any concerns pre and post move. The move was seamless from storage, to pre-pack, to move, to unpack to collection of packing boxes.

Cost an absolute fortune.second truck had to be sent as first truck not big enough. GST not included in the hourly rate. Had damage done to our KingSize mattress.a new bed.faulty according to Smart Move. Very unimpressed overall. We have done international moving so we know how well it should be done. In this instance not the case.

Ron Matt Victor and team were excellent - did a fantastic job - very courteous and nothing was a problem - I could not recommend them highly enough- we moved houses at Whale beach but required the original house to be packed up and stored while renovations were carried out in the new house. The packing staff were very efficient and did a great job packing up the house for storage. As we have neared completion of renovations in the new house we have worked with Smart move to progressively bring items out of storage staggered over time as the need has arisen. Again Dom and his team have been very accommodating with each and every request and made our move painless and seamless in all respects.

I would recommend Smart move to anyone looking to going through a similar experience to us in moving house and storage requirements.

Great experience, very professional and loved the communication from day 1 when we moved from Sydney to QLD. Very considerate to our neighbours by providing us with letters to let them know what was happening and who to contact if they had any questions. 5 stars all the way from us! Our belongings were in great hands.

The Smartmove team did an excellent job with our move today. They have a professional approach and took care of our furniture, as well as ensured that they made the best use of space and time. I would use them again and happily recommend them to others.

Booked at fairly short notice, the Smart Move team were quick to get things organised. Their online "volume calculator" helped to work out that we could save money with a smaller truck which, on the day, we precisely (with only a few cm to spare.) the right size. Better than that, the 2 removalists who did the removal were fantastic: polite, friendly, considerate, careful, all of the things you would hope for from a removals team. The day was extremely long for them (9hrs) with lots of heavy lifting, but at the end of the day they were still laughing and smiling. Our plans changed a couple of times after they arrived, with an additional stop at a storage facility, but nothing was too much trouble and they worked along with us happily. I could not recommend the guys we got enough. Could not be happier. 6 stars.

The team exceeded my expectations. I had storage items and a large house move. It was done efficiently and the team worked hard to accommodate my difficult move.
I have relocated all over the the world and I found the Smartmove team are by far the most professional, honest and hard working team of people that I have ever encountered.

It's a smart move getting Smart Move!
Firstly massive props to the Brazi Bois who pulled a favour to an unknown when I was caught in a total jam.
Last day of the public holidays two (2) removalists did a no show.
It was a full move out, second one went AWOL completely. I the dark, sitting on the gutter outside a packed, ready to go hacienda.
The questions of life and the fading concept of reliability in even the most basic of business negotiations were churning through. Even the thought of hitting the phone and filling out multiple online forms on everyone's first day back after the break was daunting.
Brookvale's Mr Smart Move was smashed taking calls and emails. The inundation was obvious as the clear "sorry mate we're hammered.can't do today"
I heard similar words over and over again through 4 hours of calls and filling out online forms.
At the teetering edge of sanity I get a call.the friendly voice of Mr Smart Move Brookvale (should that be hyphenated? Ha) says:
One of the teams is roasting doing an unloadd but they said they-ll come do the job seeing as you're in a bind. Let ypu know when. "
Magic words to my ears.
Sure enough the Brasi turn up and tear the load apart in the most professional way. Lads killed it bigtime.

Tidy uniforms, manners and care for some fragile and very high semtimental value after a long summers day roast told a story in itself.
One of the companies with their own storage, the exceptional service continued. Unfaltering.

I moved today with the wonderful assistance of Ron and Victor. The most seamless and professional experience, they were fast, efficient and very careful of my goods as well and ensuring no damage to the building. I would highly recommend Smart Move and these 2 excellent removalists.

They gave a good offer to do a declutter and leave the furniture in storage. Very flexible to fit in with our timelines for relocation especially as we had to change the relocation date. The manager was very proactive to give us good service and the actual removals staff were just so efficient and easy to get on with when moving our furniture. They took lots of care carrying furniture from the house and stored it carefully with blankets to avoid damage. Above all the boys behaviour on site, was a credit to their company.

I was recommended Smart Move by a stylist we hired for our house before it went on the market, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how the entire process went.
Not only did Dom and his team get a quote to me, drop off packing materials and boxes to my door, and organise a truck to pick up all of my furniture and belongings in under 48 hours, the entire experience with him and his team was very positive.
They talked me through each step of the process and always answered the phone when I had a question (especially helpful considering it was my first time moving).
The 2 removalists on moving day were very kind men who gave me good advice about how to correctly wrap my art, and helped me when I struggled (despite not booking this service in, they were very helpful with no hesitation). They packed my entire 5 Bedroom house in about an hour, which I thought was extremely quick.
I’ve already recommended Smart Move to a friend, and will continue to, as their service and efficiency was unbeatable.
