My mortgage broker is Misa Huynh and omg, she’s seriously amazing!

So, let me share my long story coz I really want everyone know how amazing, awesome, professional, efficient Misa is. I honestly have no words to describe my gratefulness to her.

I have known Misa since 2017, simply that I want to learn about home loan thingy to prepare for my future house and suddenly she appeared on my Facebook feeds so I just followed her since then. I then met her once when she was n Melbourne (yeah she’s in Sydney and I’m in Melbourne). We just had a general chat and I said I would contact her next year when I’m ready to buy a house. Well, 5 years later, I finally contacted her for this and she still remembered me even we didn’t keep in touch at all.

My house hunting journey started a few months ago and I contacted her when I actually found my dream house. I remembered calling her when I’m overseas in the middle of Dec and she seriously enlightened me with her deep knowledge. I was so nervous with the whole process and she assured me which now proved that she was right bcoz I was in a good hand!

I ended of got another house in a public auction on Dec 19th 2022, very close to Christmas time and holiday break. Misa, again, has shown me how the best broker should be. She started my application from the scratch and seriously efficient. She was working on my application until last minute before the bank closed for break time on Dec 23rd and it was the last application of the year. She was even working on it the next day, Christmas Eve, to ensure my application will go smoothly. To be honest, it wasn’t great time for me to purchase the property when settlement just in 60days but crossing the holiday festive season (when no one, no organisation wants to do anything!) but Misa is exceptional. She thinks for her clients and she makes it work for them.

With all of her efforts, I have no doubt about my application will be approved. But she has even done it better. For some reasons (subjectives and objective), I thought that my application wouldn’t be approved within 2 weeks. I was so nervous coz it’s lunar new year festival coming soon and I’m going overseas. But, again, Misa, somehow with her magic, made it happen. I still remembered I was bursting with emotions when she told me yesterday that the bank has approved my application and it was unconditional approval! How come! Misa please enlighten me again!

No word can describe how grateful I am to have Misa as my broker. Misa, you are seriously amazing and I can’t thank you enough for all the hard working you have done for me. Good things always come to good people and you definitely the best person!
