Smart Laundrette

I would choose someone else. Very rude and they thought I was annoying because I had 3 clothes that I wanted fixed….

Been going here for over 5 years and have probably had well over 1,000 shirts washed and pressed, and dozens of items dry cleaned. Super competitive prices, friendly service, always perfectly cleaned and it goes without saying that they have never lost a thing!

This is one of my favourite laundromats, a small family business with the right attitude and cares and honest
Many time I bring my clothes here for alternation and washes, the owner always give me the honest advise and very reasonable prices/compares to others laundromats around the area. I would highly recommend thus place, result 100% satisfactory/clothes nicely cleaned and owner are great and honest and prices are very reasonable for city area.

Visited this laundrette every Tuesday when I lived around the corner and found this business very reliable. Only 2 self paid washers so space limited. Always dealt with an older gentleman that was very kind and trustworthy. Often he would switch my laundry over for me so I didn’t have to come back until loads were finished. Highly recommend.

Poor customer service. Clothes came back dirty. After an arduous debate, the owner agreed to re-do the cleaning, but again the clothes came back smelling like they had not been thoroughly cleaned.

I will not be coming back.

Arrived at 8: 04 on a Saturday to do laundry. Hours online and at the shop show that they open at 8 am. But they were not open. Only one or two machines, not a great option if you plan to do your own laundry. Too bad, because they are very close to my favorite hotel.

Coin laundry is also available - $5 for washing and $1 per 7 minutes to use the dryer. Only $1 coins are accepted but you can ask for change at the counter. Friendly staff too

I left my clothes for laundry and of the clothes got non removable stains on it after the launderette service. Basically I had to throw it away.

Been using these guys for 18 months for all my business shirts, always service with a smile. Great local business, highly recommend

Great service and good value. Washed a big bag of clothes within a couple of hours for about $10, excellent.

Damaged a brand new navy blue blazer - garment had cleaning fluid or something spilled on it while in their care and it looked like they had attempted to brush it off vigorously with some sort of cleaning tool, damaging the wool fabric. When I returned post realising the damage, they tried to insinuate that I was bringing back a different garment and claiming damage.

Stay away, I was a regular customer until this occurred. No trust or respect and down right aggressive when I presented the issue in a very calm and polite manner.

They use a third party for their drycleaning so obviously have less control when things don't go well. Shows that you do indeed get what you pay for (they are cheap, as long as nothing goes wrong!).
