We have been using Smart Coast for a few years attempting to sell a property. Throughout and still ongoing they have been efficient, always accommodating and just generally excellent. Over the years I have used many Conveyancers and also Solicitors for property purchases and sales. This sale has been delayed many times due to many complex issues with the property and through all Smart Coast have been helpful understanding and valuable. They professionally remain in contact just enough to be ready for when we can finally proceed. Only reason I have not given them the full 5 stars is we have not competed yet however I am entirely confident when we do proceed things will run smoothly. Great service and tremendous value for money.

I cannot list anything negative about working with Smart Coast Conveyancing. I came to this company after a very stressful and poor experience somewhere else, with zero knowledge of the process and I could not be more satisfied with my experience.

They were VERY responsive with a few minutes response time- they explained and answered all questions clearly and they honestly made it such an easy process.
